1 /5 Laise Morgado: I have a issue on my tooth on Christmas Day 25th December. I started to looking for dentists online and found this place. Initially I couldnt get no one on the phone even it was saying that they were available for emergency. After 20 min I got a phone back from the dentist. I spoke to her at 9am and the appointment was available around 11:45. I asked for an earlier appointment and she said she could make a bit earlier. I waited for almost 1 hour outside the place waiting for the dentist to come. When she finally arrived I was so frustrated. I understand and I asked for the rates for holidays. She wanted to charge me $230 to place a felling in my tooth, what she called a permanent one, I said no as the price was abusive. She placed a cheap glue that fall 1 hour later. I dont recommend this place at all. If you can wait for another professional! I should have take the advice from the previous review! Dont make the same mistake I did!

5 /5 Joe Pye: The best care Ive ever received from a medical/dental centre. I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and had no insurance and was broke so I was prepared for the worst. The dentist on call was extremely understanding and did everything possible to make the treatment as affordable as possible. On top of this she did an incredibly good job of a very difficult extraction on a very painful infected tooth. I left the clinic absolutely shocked by how good the care I received was. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Jamie Jackson: I’d been 2 weeks into a 3 week stay in Melbourne and then a toothache started, it got gradually worse before it got unbearable and I searched for dentists. I contacted them on the 24 helpline at around 6am on Saturday 3rd March and got an appointment for 9am as soon as they opened, when I got there I was seen straight away, no waiting around at all. I was seen by Dr Reshmi Prasad and I couldn’t be more thankful, I was diagnosed with an infected wisdom tooth really quickly after a couple of quick x rays and then guided through my options and what was best for me, as I was flying home on the Monday I decided I’d have the tooth extracted. I found the pricing very reasonable and wasn’t pressured into any decision, the Dr was extremely understanding and helpful when figuring out financially what the best option was. After a quick painless procedure I was out of there with a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers. I am so relieved the pain has gone and it’s only been a day, obviously I am a bit sore where the tooth has been removed but everything is going great. I’d highly recommend going here if you need a dentist.

1 /5 Ashley Gunston: She did a filling that broke and chipped leaving my teeth covered in jagged shards! She never answered the phone and never called me back. I had a follow-up appointment booked that she didnt even turn up to! Now i need to pay another dentist to fix her mess! I went there because of all the 5 star reviews. I think theyre fake reviews! Come on, Victor Vol and Joe Pye are obviously fake names! Id advise going to another dentist!

5 /5 Gill Taylor: I’m travelling around Australia from the UK, I’ve only been here 3 months when I found myself unable to sleep due to a toothache! I’m usually terrified of Dentists and have heard horror stories of how much it costs here. They were lovely here, understanding and reasonably priced. She understood my financial situation and my nerves. Very much hoping I dont need a return visit but if I do I know I will be in good hands.
