Graham Blackman I would give my experience a five star rating. My two implants and lower denture are very successful and diligently installaed by Dr. Placella. His patience and application to fitting the denture was an experince in reconstructive dentistry par excellence. The patient must have patience and endure some pain afte the initial extractions and operation, but the eventual result is very satisfactory. I can even chew thin pork crackling now!!

Emma Peng I have had two dental visits with Dr. Fan. The first time was for a filling, and the second time was for a tooth extraction. Each experience was very good, and the fees were very reasonable, which makes international students without insurance dare to go to the dentist in Australia. Especially yesterdays wisdom tooth extraction, the technique was very professional, and it was extracted in less than a minute. He also gave me extra gauze to prevent bleeding when I got home, and then he patiently told me the precautions. The most amazing thing is that this time I had the wisdom tooth extracted, the anesthesia wore off and it didnt hurt at all. Today I can eat normally. I have had three wisdom teeth extracted in China before, and each time I was in great pain after the anesthesia wore off, and it was difficult to open my mouth. This time it was really a pleasant surprise. Dr. Fan also seriously told me to pay attention to oral hygiene and take good care of my teeth~

Joeyyy Dr Marianne Chua is the best Dentist I have been to in my whole life. She is so gentle kind and professional in what she does. She gave me an accurate diagnosis of my problems and gave me a plan to fix them. I’m very grateful for my experience at one smile Glen Waverley and will be coming back and referring all my friends and family thank you.

Alex Newman My family have been seeing Dr Andrew for years now and he is incredibly wonderful. It’s clear that he genuinely cares for his patients, and he always remembers lots of details about our lives and asks how we are going. He’s super patient and understanding and makes sure to listen to and address any concerns with professionalism and kindness. I mentioned difficulties in maintaining dental hygiene due to mental health and he was completely supportive of it in a very laidback and reassuring way. The other staff are lovely to and the facilities are always spotless.

Eliza Groves It was my first time visiting this clinic and I couldnt recommend it highly enough. Angelica was lovely and took the time to talk through everything and answer any questions. All the staff and welcoming and do their best to make to make you feel comfortable.

Wendy D I brought my elderly mother to see William in June 2024 after she broke her front tooth. We were keen to find out if Mt Waverley Smiles would be able to repair it with a post and dental filling. William confirmed that this would be possible. In one single session lasting only 1.5 hours William was able to successfully restore my mothers tooth. He and his assistant Vanessa worked quickly and efficiently and made my mother feel very comfortable throughout. The result was a very natural-looking tooth which my mother is delighted with.
