1 /5 Daniel Sutherland: VERY RUDE and condescending tone of voice and manner, does not like to be asked even a simple clarification question and talks down to you with a condescending and impatient tone, thus I cannot for the life of me understand how select others have stated his helpfulness. He was completely unwilling to accept a patients communication of a pre-existing throat issue, instead taking it as a personal questioning of his credentials and experience which I post consult call into question. He was pre-told the chair head position would be a problem yet rejected any request to adjust it, with a rude comment instead about how much I was talking, despite all my discussion being ONLY about the specifics of my condition. He forced me to swallow residual mouthwash despite a request to simply spit some more out, causing me to cough and splutter EXACTLY as I warned him would occur and without apology when it happened, in the opposite, huffing and puffing about his time being taken up. He then had the nerve to further condescend me about my supposed anxiety in relation to the very pain I consulted him about. Absolutely DISGUSTING way of managing a patient with a complex dental history and do not trust his opinion, will be seeking another due to ongoing issues. AVOID THIS MANS SERVICES AT ALL COSTS, not worth either the cost or the utter arrogance he exposes you to.
