He explains clearly what needs to be done and always checks if we are okay/coping at different times during treatment. He is friendly & kind and has magnificent back-up from Serena. As well as assisting Chris in the procedures she is very friendly, caring and efficient in booking appointments, follow-up phone calls, dealing with account payments & giving additional advice if needed.
