This type of issue is typically very challenging within the spectrum of endodontic ailments. My specific case proved to be one of the most difficult root canal treatments encountered. I was initially advised that there was little chance of saving the tooth. However, Dr. Felman, with meticulous care and over multiple sessions spanning several weeks, treated the canals in a relatively pain-free manner within a professionally designed healthcare setting. I am writing this review after several months following the completion of treatment, allowing me to assess the long-term outcome. By successfully treating and saving the tooth, Dr. Felman prevented me from requiring more invasive and costly treatment options, such as extraction and an implant.
