5 /5 Anna: Dentist visits are actually fun when I take my kids to see Dr Machell! He is so engaging with them while thoroughly checking their teeth; providing a very safe comfortable environment. Dr Machell always takes the time to listen and ease anxieties during dentist appointments. I have and would always recommend his service.

5 /5 Ellen Lewis: I have been coming to see Dr Dan Machell for a few years now and always have a great experience, he thoroughly explains what he needs to do and talks through the plan and makes sure it’s as painless as possible. I spent quite a few years trying to find a dentist that I felt really comfortable with since I moved to Australia, and I travel from Coburg all the way to St Kilda to see Dr Dan because I have a lot of trust in him and I know he looks after my dental health. If you want a great dentist, look no further than Dr Dan.

Dr Machell is always professional and caring, I use to get really bad anxiety visiting the dentist but not anymore since I have been visiting Dr Machell. The trips to the dentist are much easier for me now, he makes you feel comfortable and he is very delicate when working on my teeth. My children also see Dr Machell and enjoy the visits. Thank you.

1 /5 Ingy Szoeke: Literally the worst dental experience I have ever had. Not only was he rude and condescending in the way he spoke to me, but he also seemed to be in a terrible rush. He then put me on a bed lying down on a 45 degree angle with my head pointing towards the floor so the blood was rushing to my brain. I had put in my admin form that I have had a C5/C6 disc fusion so my neck was a bit compromised. When I told him I was very uncomfortable upside down and that it was hurting my neck. He basically told me too bad and to put up with it. It was more important that he was comfortable doing my teeth. (He actually said that out loud). He also used some archaic rubber device that made it nearly impossible to breathe or swallow. (Something he insisted all dentists use) …. maybe in Eastern Europe. So the result was: I had a sore neck, teeth that were uneven and rough (he didn’t bother to use a polisher to make sure they were smooth), and a very stressed and upset customer who will never go back there again. Beware people, this guy is a butcher with very little care for the comfort and feelings of his clients.

5 /5 Angel Lewis: Just saw Dr Dan Machell. I come all the way across town to see him as he’s a great kind and knowledgeable dentist. Dr Dan keeps you calm, lets you know what he’s doing, and checks you’re ok many times during the session. I can highly recommend.
