I loveee Taylah and Elzas Your Daily Movement classes - theyre consistent and accessible - clearly well thought out for their target audience!!! Also going to miss Maitland, she was a great trainer and had great energy, would love to see her back in the studio one day.

Rachel Hulse I have been coming to Matt and his team for years and have only ever had exceptional experiences. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’ve been through so many colours and styles together and every time they manage to pull it off whilst still maintaining the health and integrity of my hair. Matt always works with me on what we can achieve for my hair in terms of colour whilst still keeping it long, which is a real challenge for someone with naturally super dark hair who loves a regular change. Matt is so inspired, so dedicated to his craft and always pushing and learning. He’s also constantly upskilling his awesome team so I know any of them have the support and know-how to give me the hair of my dreams. The salon itself is such a cool vibe and a safe space where everyone is just lovely. Matt also did my wedding party hair for my wedding this year. The planning and lead up was exceptional, getting my colour and hair health perfect over the course of several months. He came to me with inspiration boards for my wedding day style as well as my bridesmaids, worked with all of us to tailor to what we each wanted and just did the most epic job. The hair vibes on the day were simply immaculate.

Gabriella I had the most amazing experience last week at Koh! My hair stylist was Audrey and I can’t say enough good things. I went in for a wash and blow wave, and left the most voluminous blow wave I’ve had in years. I couldn’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back next time I need my hair done their work is exceptional. They made all clients feel so welcomed and the space is just beautiful, recommend to anyone needing their hair done xx

Nhat Ton Best massage in the area. I felt great every time paying a visit here. Rooms are calm & clean, nicely decorated, massage beds are large & comfy. Reasonable price for good massage. Therapists are all experienced with good techniques, they practice Thai style in general but also understand of body anatomy and give right amount of pressure as requested. Today I had Mook for 90min oil relaxation massage, I felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Mook as well as Koh Thai to everyone.

Kim Nguyen I just had my first appointment with Fran. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me useful tips on how I can incorporate stretching habits in my daily life. I walked away feeling refreshed. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
