From the moment I spoke with the very friendly Kelly on the phone to meeting the extremely caring Kathleen & Dr Darren I was put at ease. Their attention to detail in solving my dental issue was amazing. They really did care! I can not thank them enough! Being my first time to this clinic I was so scared of what was going to occur but I was so wonderfully surprised! Frankston Dental Group are awesome. If you’re looking for a caring, professional & reasonably priced friendly dentist I highly recommended Frankston Dental Group.

1 /5 Stewart B: I was unsure of the advice I received so I sought a second opinion. I was glad to have done so as it seems that the advice given was incorrect. I will no longer be returning and would not trust my teeth to this clinic. Edit: I can confirm this is the practice I saw, at 51 Cranbourne Rd. The dentist missed a cavity in my tooth, which my new dentist identified and took a picture of for me. The dentist here also advised I had a cavity to fill in my wisdom tooth. New dentist advised that it was previous decay which had been remineralised naturally and hence doesnt require filling (as no decay currently present, just black mark where the remineralisation occurred). The dentist here advised OPG was not clear but still recommended taking wisdom teeth out due to low likelihood of nerve damage. I requested second OPG to ensure the nerve was a safe distance and was then referred to oral surgeon due to proximity of facial nerve to teeth, which if damaged can result in permanent sagging face. I post negative review. Rather than contacting me and identifying the issue, and making efforts to improve their practice, the clinic pretends that I am not a patient. I repeat, do not trust your teeth or your face to this clinic.

5 /5 Zia ZymboliQue: Painless procedure at all appointments. I was advised every step of the way about cost and what needs to be done. Never have i felt pressure to do work without my consent. I have been made to feel welcome to decide what work shall be done. Whilst in the chair, i was checked in on every few minutes to make sure i was comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend this surgery enough!! I have had several visits and all have been amazing both in how i was treated and in the results achieved.

5 /5 Bianca Banham: Awesome dentists. I had a terrible tooth ache that had been going all weekend. I called the young lady on reception and she moved heaven and earth to fit me in as she could tell in was in such pain. Such a cute girl, who went above and beyond to get me an appointment. Dr Darren fixed my tooth perfectly . He has awesome pain free technique. Dr desi hadzkis is also a professional who is there to provide a great service without trying to extract as much money as she could. All the staff are amazing, cannot speak more highly of the whole team!
