1 /5 Stewart B: I was unsure of the advice I received so I sought a second opinion. I was glad to have done so as it seems that the advice given was incorrect. I will no longer be returning and would not trust my teeth to this clinic.
Edit: I can confirm this is the practice I saw, at 51 Cranbourne Rd. The dentist missed a cavity in my tooth, which my new dentist identified and took a picture of for me. The dentist here also advised I had a cavity to fill in my wisdom tooth. New dentist advised that it was previous decay which had been remineralised naturally and hence doesnt require filling (as no decay currently present, just black mark where the remineralisation occurred). The dentist here advised OPG was not clear but still recommended taking wisdom teeth out due to low likelihood of nerve damage. I requested second OPG to ensure the nerve was a safe distance and was then referred to oral surgeon due to proximity of facial nerve to teeth, which if damaged can result in permanent sagging face.
I post negative review. Rather than contacting me and identifying the issue, and making efforts to improve their practice, the clinic pretends that I am not a patient.
I repeat, do not trust your teeth or your face to this clinic.
