1 /5 David Miles: Awful experience. I had a filling done, and it broke within a week. I went back to have it fixed, and was told no charge as it should not have broken. A week later, it broke again. When I went back to get it fixed again, I had to see a different dentist who said if it broke twice then there was likely an issue with a tooth and that I would need a crown. She also refused to fix the filling free of charge, so I left for a second opinion. On the way out, Tina the receptionist/dental nurse offered her unqualified and unsolicited opinion that there ‘must’ be something wrong with the tooth, and certainly not a bad job by the dentist. I went and got a second opinion from a different dentist, who determined there was nothing wrong with the tooth and that it was absolutely a bad job by the initial dentist. Rather than accept fault, these people tried to convince me that the tooth was the issue and that I was going to need to spend extra money on a crown. This used to be a good dental clinic before it was sold, these new dentists and staff are horrible. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or something more sinister, but I strongly advise you go elsewhere.
