George Pentland Botanic Gardens - Frankston (VIC)

5 /5 Betty Damianidis: Attended the magic by moonlight event here last night. Was a delight to see all the children exited with the colouful and interactive displays. Is wheelchair accessible but just know that it is not paved even ground.

3 /5 Anita Harris: Its okay. A mid-sized park with some parking available (Id suggest Williams Street). There are trails, a small man-made pond, amenities, a BBQ/picnic area and a playground. There are a couple of interesting pockets, carvings and so on, which is good if youre having a wander, but Its not a place where you could walk for hours. Of course the gorgeous Frankston foreshore is only a couple of KM away (I waked through Beauty Park from these gardens to get to the trails along the beach, which was an easy enough walk) so you could easily lobby a visit to the GP Botanic Gardens into a larger exploration of the area.

5 /5 Paul Pavlinovich: Great gardens bringing some peace to inner Frankston. At the Foot Street end there are picnic tables and BBQ available. There is a big adventure playground with some unusual equipment like a log swing. Further in is the duck pond. There are lots of walking paths and lots of grass spaces to just sit and chill. There are accessible gender free toilets.
