I visited for a hair coloring service and brought a clear reference photo, explaining exactly what shade I wanted. However, the final result was completely different — almost the opposite of what I had requested.
The Korean girl who did my hair was extremely rude and dismissive. When I pointed out that the color didn’t match what I had shown her, she kept arguing and insisting, “this is the same color,” without listening to my concerns. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I didn’t want to create a scene or argue further, so I quietly paid the full amount — despite being extremely disappointed with the result. I later asked several people about the color, and everyone agreed it was nothing like the reference I had shown. Some even questioned whether the stylist had understood the request at all.
This was my first visit to the salon, and sadly, it left a very negative impression. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and focuses on better customer service and professionalism moving forward…!!!!
