You can tell she is very experienced in the beauty industry and she was really gentle with the lashes-my eyes weren’t irritated at all and normally my eyes are red and watery for the rest of the day. From my first session Kathryn P made me feel very welcome and at ease. She is very knowledgable on the products and explained the treatments, benefits and aftercare very well. Her approach to her work is very professional and she has excellent customer/client relations skills with a very caring and helpful nature, nothing is too much trouble. I have been so happy with my results that I have now recommended Kathryn for my husbands laser treatment on his beard, the results after only 5 sessions are amazing. Kathryn has also advised me on other treatments available in your clinic and I have booked for my cosmetic injections appointment in July. If I could give more than 5 stars for this clinic and its cleanliness, professionalism and product availability I certainly would. Kathryn P and the team are an asset to the company.

Lauren I’ve been coming here for quite some time for my laser treatment. The place is always spotless and there’s always staff greeting you nicely etc; never had any issues. Laser hair removal has definitely been a great investment for me, I see results instantly and sales are always happening. My technician Katherine P is an absolute gem! She’s very thorough and knowledgeable with what she does, makes sure she doesn’t miss any spots and doesn’t rush through treatments. She always makes sure that you’re comfortable and asks if everything’s all good during your session. Highly, highly recommend this place and definitely go see Katherine P for your appointment! (:

Brooke Rudd Worst experience ever at a nail salon and I paid the most Ive ever paid. Im not the type of person to even go out of my way and write a review so wether its good or bad when I do its true! Im in shock the salon even runs with employees that do not care about how their work turns out. I could have done my own nails better Ive never even tried but I truly believe I could do it better and it would have cost me less. Ill never return to this salon.

Beth C Mckinnon Ive been here quite a few times now and it has always been good. Not today. The girl that did my eyebrows was obviously not very experienced and kept breaking the thread. In result, she slipped and took a chunk out of my left eyebrow. The other lady taking the payment kept gaslighting me saying it was already like that and something about the dye??? It was obvious when I got home and washed my eyebrows more that a chunk had been taken out. At least admit when you make a mistake. Not coming here again.

Victoria Jo Emma was wonderful with my daughters piercing today, explaining every step of the process and making her feel so calm and relaxed. She presented well, relaxed and was friendly. Mohsen Latife I took my 18 month old son here for a haircut. He hates having his haircut but the lady who cut his hair was amazing. Obviously extremely experienced because she did not flinch. He was crying, moving everywhere, trying to hit her hand away and she was so calm and patient and just got the job done. I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten her name but she is amazing and we will definitely be back.

Anna Metaxas Worst experience and facial I’ve ever had! My therapist had no idea what she was doing and was reading a card on how to complete the process! She hardly touched my face or added product, and even pushed me to get ready and leave! Never again at this place! My face was burned as she used gloves which took 5 minutes to put on, no professionalism shown and Manager dismissed my concerns!

Riya B I absolutely love coming here for my eyebrow threading! One of the girl who was working there today i forgot her name but short one is always friendly and she is very skilled and makes sure i am happy with my brows. She is the reason why i go to that salon all the time. This is the only place I trust with my brows and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is clean and the service is great. One small suggestion for hygiene – spoolie brushes should be changed between customers because they are disposable and can transfer bacteria, oil, and dead skin cells from one person to another. Using the same one on multiple clients isn’t the most hygienic practice. Other than that everything is amazing and I highly recommend this place!

charlotte f I am not one to leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I had to share my disappointment with the service I received on Friday morning, as well as the staffs awful attitude. I walked in wanting to get a wash, cut and blow-dry, when I was seated at the basin the lady informed me how gross my hair was and that I should be washing my hair every 2 days (I have thick hair so I have never had to do this). She then proceeded to shampoo my hair once, then condition only the ends, I was at that basin for no more than 2 minutes , and I didn’t feel her fingers in the centre of my head at all. When I was sat at the mirror, she made sure to tell me that I had very bad dandruff (this hasn’t ever been an issue). She continued to give my hair a trim, then very roughly blow-dry my hair. I walked out of that salon with my hair still damp around the edges of my face and got charged $70. When we went back in to explain my disappointment (very calmly might I add), the ladies became so defensive and so rude and broke down the cost so that the cut alone was $30 (less than an inch was taken off). I completely understand paying this much for a quality service, but this was not it. As we left, the lady who did my hair said to come back and she will wash my hair again, obviously knowing what a poor job she did in the first place. I have never been so disappointed in a hair service, and it’s incredibly sad considering how great the reviews are for this place. I do not recommend that you spend your time and money here.

Toni Val Beautiful team and great professional Courtesy. They know what they are talking about than giving advice and give you realistic goals and outcomes. Their keratin leave in treatment is a definite have to do especially after colouring. I have been coming her for the past year and my hair was in horrible condition and felt like straw. These beautiful ladies bought it back to life and health. The treatments are a godsend and the girls are absolute angels. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable hairdresser. The finishing touches they put into their effort really shows on the final product.i couldn’t be any happier with my hair.

Gabrielle Buhagiar i got my nails done here and the same day two nails broke off. very expensive for not quality work staff we’re not even communicating with clients just talking amongst themselves. $60 for a refil that 2 nails brake the same day and my mum was with me to get her nails buff and polished and they were going to charge her $70 just for a design. place was also not clean dust everywhere. will not be recommending this place to anyone.

sawsana esber idk where all the 1 star reviews are coming from tbh just went today 05/09/24 got a french tip w/ gems for $75, sure its a bit pricy and the ladies are a bit rougher than needed with the filing (which is the only reason its a four not a five, i once was cut a little by one of the nail techs with the drill and she filed my nails too hard so i had to give my nails a break from acrylics) but its def better than what other salons are offering at least imo

Jess Very happy with my nails went in on the 31st and the lady that did my nails knew exactly what I was after. Shape is perfect, Frenchies are absolutely perfect and charms are very well secured!!! I was surprised by how fast she did my nails aswell but did not rush them. Definitely my new go to place for my nails. Thankyou so much :)

Shivani Sharma I had a very disappointing and disheartening experience at this salon. I visited for a hair coloring service and brought a clear reference photo, explaining exactly what shade I wanted. However, the final result was completely different — almost the opposite of what I had requested. The Korean girl who did my hair was extremely rude and dismissive. When I pointed out that the color didn’t match what I had shown her, she kept arguing and insisting, “this is the same color,” without listening to my concerns. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t want to create a scene or argue further, so I quietly paid the full amount — despite being extremely disappointed with the result. I later asked several people about the color, and everyone agreed it was nothing like the reference I had shown. Some even questioned whether the stylist had understood the request at all. This was my first visit to the salon, and sadly, it left a very negative impression. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and focuses on better customer service and professionalism moving forward…!!!!
