The lovely Ane welcomed me at reception and I immediately felt at ease. Dr Alex and Jess were so lovely, professional, gentle, compassionate and attentive to my needs. Absolute professionals that ran like a well oiled machine and top humans. Im so grateful to have been guided to this practice and highly recommend to others seeking dental treatment. Jasmine (Jas.eats) Dr Alex has been helping me maintain and do preventative measures on my teeth for years. His appointments are efficient and stress free, ensuring I still have plenty of time in my day. Even when I have minor dental work done (permanent retainers fixed). He has also helped my mother with fillings and she is very pleased with his dental work. The receptionist, Ane, is always kind and very welcoming. Her text reminders are the best! The dental nurse, Jess, also ensures I am comfortable in the chair, and works seamlessly with Dr Alex to ensure the end to end experience is smooth. Theres also a 2 hour car park behind the clinic. Great team and professional environment at the Dental Studio. I would recommend them for all your dental needs.

Matt Maher I recently had the most amazing experience at Hobsons Bay Dental, Williamstown. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The treatment was top-notch, and I was blown away by the new technology they used, especially the 3D mouth scanner. It made the whole process so much more efficient and comfortable. Grace Conway I have visited a few dentists over the years so I speak from experience when I say that I highly recommend Hobsons Bay Dental and wouldnt go anywhere else. I have been having my teeth looked after by Dr Dan for about 25 years and always walk out smiling (pun intended!) All the staff are friendly and professional and greet you warmly at both Williamstown and Altona. All my Melbourne based family go there too (thats 3 generations) so I cant recommend their dedicated services highly enough.

Vo Le Anh Dao Dr. Thelia is our childs favourite. I believe that one of the difficulties that parents have is asking their children to clean their teeth on a daily basis. However, our kid is really thrilled to go to the dentist and see Dr. Thelia at each appointment. It is not easy dealing with a three-year-old child, but Dr. T made it easy. Every time our child brushes his teeth, he says, "Dr. T asked Tyrone to brush teeth to get rid of the yellow." In addition, he prepared some wonderful gifts for the child prior to the meeting. How considerate he is! We are grateful for his service and assistance. Highly recommended.

Rutta Teklezgy Today I went to see Justin Tayler after I received my dentures last Friday because the dentures were to hard to remove and put in easily. I tried to explain to Justin after he made a some minor adjustments to the denture that it was still not comfortable and that I wasn’t pleased with them, to which I was consistently cut off by Justin and his voice kept escalating louder and louder. It was if he didn’t want me to talk or have my own opinion. Excuse me but this wasn’t a free service, I had already spent $1,400 and I am entitled to let the dentist know if the work was completed to my exceptions/ satisfaction but the issue with Justin is his voice if the only one that matters he wouldn’t give me the opportunity to speak, mind you I’m 62 years old and I would expect a little more respect then to belittled and yelled at by anyone for that matter. This establishment will never succeed especially with the likes of Justin Tayler working there. The level of service I saw today was extremely appalling. and I will never step foot in there ever again. Thanks for nothing!

Appointments were efficient, Clare was thorough and the staff were always helpful, even when the dog chewed her retainers! If the braces were uncomfortable, she could always get them adjusted. And her teeth look great!
