Coop Ward Absolutely lovely sisters - went above and beyond for me - I was in a hurry and they were very accommodating - went back in two days latter to get a Pedicure and as I had more time they decided to re-do my nails - so very happy and highly recommend!

In just 30 minutes, they managed to recreate the exact look I desired and was literately 4.6 times more affordable and lasted through 15 hours of dancing, photos, hugs, and fun. Sarah Leatherby First of all...the chairs at the basins give you a massage, thats a winner right there. Second, I wanted a colour transformation that I thought would be next to impossible but Lisa made it happen.. after 40 years I finally have a hairstyle and colour that I love. Lisa youre amazing, and the whole team is so friendly. Love this place ❤️

Paige Lyon Terrible if you want bangs. Went there to get a shaggy cut with WISPY BANGS and walked out with a fringe that was way too thick and wide. I told the stylist to make them thinner and she just cut after me telling her if she can make them more thin.

Kimi Im terrible at names, I think her name is Lisa. She did an awesome job on my hair and she was lovely as well, explaining how best to style it and showing me how and what products to use to get the most of it. Shes a total gem! Friendly place, everyone is lovely. Will defs be making Marjons my regular.

Hayley The ladies here are lovely. They always do a beautiful job. I had an issue with shellac nail slightly lifting at the edge a day after manicure, and they fixed it up for me no worries. The salon is clean, and there is a relaxing atmosphere :)

Michael Sheedy I highly recommend Lucy’s Spa for male waxing. I have been getting waxed for about 6 months now getting Brazillian, bum and back done. I never get any ingrown hairs and I am always left very smooth. 10/10. She is also very kind and friendly.

Rohan Butler Finally! Just what Watsonia needed in the main drag. Not your average massage joint, Lucy’s spa has been beautifully renovated and presents as a 5 star establishment. My experience only got better when I had my massage. If I could give a higher rating I would!!! Looks good from the street, looks great inside, clean, welcoming, warm and relaxing. As for the staff, wonderful old school service. Prompt, professional, pleasant and approachable. This place is so good, I feel like dropping flyers from a plane that says ‘Go to Lucy’s Spa, you’ll love it!’, thank you Ladies you’re doing an excellent job

fixingtheshadow1 Allan As soon as I walked in I could smell stale cigarette. My relaxation massage wasn’t very good, the lady couldn’t speak English so I was unable to tell her I had back problems. The small spinning ball in the room was faulty and made a clicking noise for an hour. I finally communicate with body language at the end of my 1 hour massage that the noise had been going for the whole massage, it was then unplugged.I won’t be returning for another massage
