1 /5 Peter Sawan: Dr. Wong works at two practices and my experience with him is being shared. Would have to have been the worst experience I have ever had in a medical practice. I called and spoke to a receptionist who advised me that the doctor was able to perform a treatment. When I arrived I waited over an hour past my appointment time. The orthodonsist spoke to me in such a horrible condescending way that I regret not getting up and leaving at that moment. Mind you, he did not apologise for being over an hour late. He then tells me that the treatment I asked for can’t be performed on adults. I explained that I asked this question to the receptionist, to which he shrugged his shoulders meaning that he could not care less. As I left the room, the orthodontist approached the receptionist to tell her what to charge me and put it down as an emergency, when it was not. A shady character and a careless practice with a fake caring attitude.

5 /5 Caroline Golden: Not going to sugarcoat it: this treatment is a hard slog for both parents and kids (and the bank balance!). But the results are amazing. Its much more than just straightening teeth. Its a more holistic approach, with benefits in posture, breathing, and facial strength. And yes, straight teeth with no/minimal teeth removals, and in our case, no braces!

1 /5 E Sford: This happened a couple of years ago but I was encouraged to share. Took my 6-year old son to see Dr Wong. Dr Wong was impatient and not kid-friendly - cold, judgemental, lacking empathy. He accused my son of having bad manners, as my son is simply a bit shy. My mother was with me and she agrees he was very unfriendly and we have since found a new dentist.
