5 /5 Mr T: I dont have a regular dentist so when I recently had a severe toothache I was fortunate to visit Ong Dental close by. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, who were kind enough to fit me in on short notice. Dr Ong was incredibly friendly and very professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding and the procedure was painless and affordable. Lesson learnt regarding regular dental check ups and will be going back to Ong Dental to do so.

She also has an outstanding receptionist/dental nurses as well - Thi and Melissa. They are cheerful, polite and well mannered. I would highly recommend. Thank you :) I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned here. See you in 6 and 12 months time :) I did a double booking. Im proud of you all. A huge shout out to Dr Shin Lim for taking care of my mother’s dental needs beforehand for Osteoporosis treatment on Wednesday 27th September 2023 and for a clean, check up and advice today on Friday 20th October 2023. She’s a polite, happy, caring, reliable dentist that works hard to improve her patient’s lives by doing a very thorough job and my teeth felt squeaky clean after applying fluoride considering I have braces too, which makes it harder to clean. I was impressed with her hard work, effort and time too. The receptionist - Yeon and Thi / Dental nurse Anun was outstanding too. They are genuine, trustworthy and always stick to their word and keep their patients happy with the good outcomes with the end results. Best customer service ever. A hidden gem right here too. On Monday 15th July 2024 I went to Ong Dental Surgery and met the receptionist Veronica. She was well mannered, friendly and polite over the phone when making my appointment and in person. Lucy was there to assist the dentist Dr Cedric Ong check and clean my teeth. They were fast, efficient, helpful and more than welcoming too. Thank you :D Highly recommended.
