I paid over $2,000 for a root canal at this office, and shortly after the procedure, I was in excruciating pain. I called the office multiple times, desperate for help—but no one ever called me back. Not once. I had to insist I was in pain weeks after and was made to feel like I was lying about it. I kept calling, reception telling me the dr would call me. Still, never received any phone calls up to this day.
Left with no support and worsening pain, I ended up going to another doctor for a second opinion. That’s when I found out there was a cyst under the tooth that had been completely missed—and the only option was to have the tooth fully removed. So now, after spending thousands of dollars, I not only lost the tooth but went through completely unnecessary pain and stress.
The lack of care and follow-up I received is absolutely unacceptable. No one should be ignored like this after a major dental procedure. I trusted them with my health, and I was let down in the worst way.
