5 /5 Katie Sullman: Hi had been suffering with quite severe pain due to impacted wisdom teeth and Dr Wessam was able to see me quickly and gave a thorough consultation explaining all options and the method of procedures. I was booked in for the same week and had my wisdom teeth removed which was an extremely smooth procedure with no pain during! I would definitely recommend booking in with Pinnacle dental for your dental care. A big thank you to reception as-well for your kindness and understanding with needing an urgent appointment.

Dr. Wessam, along with Ahmad, took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. During the surgery, Dr. Wessam was professional, gentle, and quick, ensuring that I felt no discomfort. The two dental nurses who assisted at different times also took great care of me. The recovery process was much easier than I anticipated, thanks to his excellent care and follow-up. I am so grateful for Dr. Wessams skill and compassionate approach—he made what could have been a stressful experience as easy as possible. If you need any dental surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his team!

What made it even more special was when she realized I’m Arabic—she immediately started speaking in Arabic, which made me feel right at home.
