3 /5 Scott: I tried this dentist out recently as my usual dentist was booked for a week.
I got an uneasy feeling the moment someone answered the phone when i rang.
It was an asian male who did not seem to understand english very well and had a heavy asian accent.
When i arrived all the assistants were indian wearing casual street clothes, jeans & shirts, no dentist clothes.
The whole place had a third world dentist feeling.
I had to have a metal filling which took an hour and when i was in the chair the light they usually shine on your mouth was so bright and in my eyes, even with my eye lids shut it was so bright. my usual dentist gives shades classes to help with the light. This dentist did not. so very annoying for 1 hour of work.
While the assistant was helping the dentist passing tools etc, he was also wearing jeans & shirt street cloths, not the normal dentist type clothes assistants wear.
when the work was done the assistant who was helping my dentist is also the receptionist so had to wait like 10 minutes to pay my bill while he cleaned up the room i was just in.
They did the work needed on the day i needed it 2 hours after i called, and that is what I needed from them that day as it was a bit of an emergancy.
But i doubt i will go back.
