If your scared and looking for a non-judgemental dentist - ask for Dr Naim .. I promise you, youll have no regards !!

It’s me Palida The staffs are very friendly, polite and professional. The dentists are always on time, take their time explaining everything thoroughly, and never push a treatment that is not necessary. Overall, there is Great service all thru out happy I chose this clinic

Kim Smith Dentist was very thorough and was easy to understand. Receptionist and assistant is also very much on the ball, both very polite and accommodating.

Ruya Mimtas First visited the clinic due to having a toothache and wanted a thorough clean as well. Dr Erciyas was great at finding what the ache came from and was able to inform me in a way that I would understand. Recently returned to the clinic to remove all 4 wisdom teeth by Dr Atilhan who was amazing at guiding me through the appointment and providing helpful aftercare. Making it a smooth recovery with no damage. Enise the receptionist is so attentive & willing to answer questions through a phone call to confirm my appointment. Enise & Ceyda are both so friendly and kind.

Bridgette L Dr Matt is the absolute best. Im always made to feel very comfortable and informed, and never pushed into a procedure that feels unnecessary. I get clear advice and never any judgement or discomfort. Its a great little clinic that offers quality care. I have recommended this place to plenty of people because its actually very enjoyable to visit the dentist here!

Daniel Fady we was visiting my parents in Melbourne and my wife. She got a problem and her tooth and we visit this dental was really good. Customer service very clean clinic and the doctor. She speaking Arabic and she was recommended lots different options. We love the service here and we highly recommend it for everyone

jay I visited recently to Primary Dental clinic where I saw Dr Greena for my mother who was in a lot of pain that day and she was scared as she never got treatment from Australian before . But I must appreciate the patience and compassion Dr Greena had, she made my mother very comfortable before starting treatment. And she got best outcome after treatment too. I have visited Dr Greena twice since then . Can’t thank her enough and her incredible team. Highly recommended this place .

Julie Krnel Highly recommend. All staff are very friendly. They let you know what they are about to do during procedures. They answer all my questions to ensure I understand everything. Obviously the dentist is not anyones favourite place but they make it less scary!
