Mel K Was the most chaotic experience Ive had getting my nails done in 20 years. The salon was busy and despite having too many clients they kept on accepting more. I sat with my hands in acetone over 20 minutes waiting for someone to check them once. When I was picking the colours it was the most confusing experience and they made a mistake on what I wanted done. I witnessed this happened to multiple people while I was there. They were also clearly discussing between themselves my nail colour as they kept on saying its name mid sentence in conversation in their 1st language. I was in the salon for nearly 2 hours in the end which is crazy for sns removal and builder gel application on natural nails. I would have given them a lower score, however, the lady who did my nails was very skilled and the builder gel looks good
