Sour Apple Vivian did a great job with my bushy eyebrows and made them look beautiful. She listened carefully to the customers needs and be patient with my requirement. She also took time to advise and give me a few beauty tips so I appreciate it a lot.

Rebecca Camille Vivian is such a professional, she is friendly and a perfectionist. I had ombré brows done in April and I’m so in love with them, many people have complimented on her work. The other day I had some plasma blast done on my eyes, and wow I’m so impressed with the results. I was so nervous and Vivian was so patient and caring. I have placed a before and after photo, this is now Day 5 after the treatment, apparently full results will be visible after 8-12 weeks, I’m really excited and can’t wait to see how much more my eyes will smooth. Vivian is amazing! I would highly recommend!!

Anya Love If i can give a 0 star I would have put minus 5 stars . Horrible!!! The colours that i chose doesn’t even appear in my hair whats worse they charge me 300$ ? When I saw in the poster they said 100$ with foil and long hair and mine is just medium hair , i could have just went to springvale the usual place i went for 150$ and even worth what i want . After she dyed my hair it started falling out alot , the product is very high chemicals with amonia cheap stuff i say , would never go back here again !!!

Guramanat Kaur I usually get my nails done from here and never had a problem until recently. Last three sets i got done had same problem. First set i got a nail broke after 3.5 weeks , fair enough. So i got another set of sns and a nail just ripped off after 1 week. I decided to give it another shot and got my nails done for new year on 31. Its just been 2 days and a nail just ripped off. I am really disappointed. No doubt nails designs are beautiful but there is no sense of a sns acrylic nail just ripping off after 2 days . Even press ons last longer.. I dont want to pay 60-80 dollars for nails to ripp off like press ons . Update: i went there today to confornt em abt the problem. Staff was nice and they fixed it for me. Appreciate it.

I recommend them to all my friends and family. Today, I brought my mum in for an SNS manicure (shade 42 with oval-square shaped on her natural nails), and I got an ombré French SNS manicure with almond-shaped natural nails. Both turned out perfect! The shape, color, and overall execution were flawless—and all at a very fair price. On top of that, I also had my blonde hair extensions washed and blow-waved, and I walked out feeling absolutely fabulous! Every visit is a delightful experience. JN. Kim Tov I had my eyelashes done here and during the appointment I cried and flinched three times. The woman did not stop the service and continued. After this, she charged me extra for having a lot of eyelashes, which I have never experienced before from any other places. For context, I have had my eyelashes done consistently for 6 years and have never had any reaction. Although they looked nice, once I got home I could see that they were placed too close to the root of the lashes and on my waterline. I had them removed by a home salon I had called last minute and they confirmed that the lashes were placed too close to the root causing the swelling. Therefore, because my eyes were bloodshot red I had to see a doctor who gave me antibiotics for the bacteria and eyedrops to calm the swelling. I had gone back to explain the situation and she took no accountability, so I had asked for an email for the dispute. However, she refused to give an email and said I should’ve said something when I left. But, swelling takes time and does not happen instantly. She owed me a duty of care and skill which she neglected. I do not want a refund, which she never offered, I just want her to take accountability and to avoid others having to go through the same thing so sharing my experience is enough. Although, it must be highlighted that store policies refusing refunds outright is illegal and also applies to services.

Anastasia kl Did my nails there a couple days ago. I showed them a design they said they can do it. My nails are atrocious and nothing close to what I asked. Also I told her I wanted them as the photo was and she started doing her own designs. Well I won’t recommend them if you want a design on your nails. Something more simple maybe they can do.

I booked Sourav again at 11 am sharp and had been told to wait again which is happening at this place since I started never went on to chair on the given time…I understand if it is 15 minutes late for your appointment. Please value your customers time and don’t take appointments if you can’t accommodate people..!!!!The owner is arrogant and always gives preference to punjabis first and you will be left waiting for hours…never going again..!!!

And easily guess, the result is the not good, but the price is $40. Thank anw for opening the shop while others are closed. Usually go to Vince and Gino the Italian near Noble Park Station.

Giving full 5 stars because I was still happy with the hair cut. Edited review after 5th visit (07/02/2024) : Reason: I had an appointment at 06:30pm on a sunday night. I didnt get onto the seat until 08:10pm and was done by 08:30pm Even after having an appointment if you have to wait for 2 hours whats the point in having an appointment?? I could see other boys who walked in were given priority (assuming they were Gills friend) When I asked them that my appointment was at 06:30pm, I was given a rude answer that "look at the rush as well" No apologies at all, nothing from there end, very much disappointed. Wouldnt recommend.
