The team here are amazing! Everyone from the receptionists to the dentist (Jeremy & Claudia) to the team at ADAS who performed the general anaesthetic a huge shout out to Toula but my anaesthetist Dr Reuben & Warren the nurse of the day!
I had avoided the dentist for years and years to the point I needed a tooth removed and had no other option.
From start to finish, the professionalism, care and empathy these guys have demonstrated has been like nothing I’ve ever experience before.
When I say I was nervous, I mean nervous! I didn’t want to get out of the car for my initial appointment but this team kept me calm the whole time.
I was stressing for nights on end the day of the extraction and nervous about general anaesthesia as I’d never been under before! My journey was very straight forward and over before I’d even known it was done! Couldn’t feel a needle, Warren was guiding me through everything and I didn’t even realise I’d gone to sleep until he was waking me up telling me everything went smooth and well. I didn’t even know it was done.
I even got a follow up call at 9:00 that night asking if I was okay.
This team has gone above and beyond in every way possible and I now will be looking forward to going back in for routine check ups!!
