1 /5 Ann: Dear Owner Jen, Today (15/02/24, -Thursday, I went to your place “Beauty, Hair & Nails” Salon at Springvale to have my nails done. ( SNS ON MY NAILS AND SHELLAC PEDICURE ) I saw the same person who did my nails about 6 weeks ago. ( i think her name is Thout , not sure ) She told me she only works at the Salon only on a Thursday. Today, not sure of her name and not wanting to be rude, I told her that ive forgotten her name and asked her name again. She said “You don’t need to know my name. Just choose your color. “ I felt that was really RUDE of her. I was being nice to her and this is how she treats your customers. Anyways, i chose the colors for my SNS and slso for my Pedicure. Color 123 for SNS & a Bright Purplish Pink for my pedicure. The older lady who did my pedicure painted my toe nails light orange instead.( I chose a Purplish PINK COLOR). When I said that was not my color they then gave me a bright red color & insisted tbat it was the color that I had picked. To make matters worse, the Australian lady sitting next to me was already there having a pedicure when I walked in. When i had finished having my SNS & Pedicure, she was still having her toes nails properly cleaned, her legs massaged, more cleaning under the toe nails and having the complete Pedicure Spa. The older lady who did my pedicure DID NOT CLEAN UNDER MY TOE NAILS, DID NOT MASSAGE MY LEGS, at all. When I asked, she just put cream on my legs. There was no massage, no washing of my legs ( calves ) NOTHING. I am writing this review to let you know how your workers are to your customers Customers are being cheated of a good pedicure. Your workers are not consistent and they see who they can treat badly, give a slip slop service which is not professional. This is not what I paid for. Now I know why THEY INSIST CUSTOMER PAY UPFRONT FIRST. THEN THEY CAN TREAT YOU BADLY and you cannot walk out because you’ve already paid. Jen, you need to train your staff better. You have lost one more customer and I’m sure I’m not the last. - Disappointed customer.

1 /5 Aisa Babazadeh: THE WORST SALON EVER!!! save yourself the money and time and don’t go here. Ask for a coffin acrylic set, I was rushed through the whole thing, she literally got colour on my cuticles, every nail turned out different shape and weren’t done properly. Asked the lady to at least fix the shape and was refused and she was so rude and didn’t even do anything about it. The owner so rude and the staff don’t do their jobs properly the ski half of the steps and didn’t even ask me if I was happy with the colour or the shape. The owner was so bitchy and rude.

5 /5 Kerry Sin: To be fair, this is a no frills service - at reasonable prices. Dont expect to be super pampered but you will have the (basic) attention you deserve for the services you seek. They have appointments online but from what I see, they never turn away patrons. Too accommodating if you asked me, but I am not flustered as its a legit business they are running. TOTD: come early, avoid weekends.

1 /5 Hiruni Kodikara: I had a pedicure here and it felt so rush and like after 5 minutes, the lady said it’s done. They said that there is no skin to peel on my feet but I could rub off skin by hand after the pedicure. Very poor costumer service and the staff is very rude. Not recommend at all.

1 /5 Louise Roberts: I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, they really don’t put a single crumb of care into your nails!! I wanted a simple polish and for some reason they used a harsh drill bit on my natural nails and now there’s a weird divet, and that’s on top of the comically bad shaping they did! Unfortunately I only have photos of my nails after I went home and attempted to salvage the shape and clean up the top coat that was all over my cuticles. If you’re reading this save yourself the nail damage and money and do your nails at home or literally anywhere else!! Not worth a single cent!!!
