James Hutchison This park is fantastic! Its very well maintained with clean facilities and beautifully kept grounds. There are loads of open spaces, perfect for picnics, relaxing, or tossing a frisbee around. I really appreciated the accessible restrooms, which were clean and easy to find. Its also super dog friendly—saw lots of happy pups enjoying the space. One of the highlights for me was the abundance of walking tracks, offering plenty of options whether youre out for a casual stroll or a longer walk. Great spot for all ages!

Located on the 88th floor of the Eureka Tower, it offers unparalleled panoramic views of the city skyline, the Yarra River, and, on clear days, even as far as the Dandenong Ranges and Port Phillip Bay. The experience begins as soon as you step into the elevator. The ride up is smooth and quick, taking you to the top in under a minute. Once you step out, you’re greeted by the glass-enclosed observation deck that stretches 360 degrees around the tower. The views are truly spectacular, whether it’s during the day, where the city sparkles with life, or at night, when Melbourne’s lights dazzle in all directions. One of the standout features of the Skydeck is "The Edge" – a glass cube that extends out from the side of the building, offering a thrilling and unique experience as you stand suspended above the city. For those looking for something a bit more relaxed, there are comfortable seating areas where you can simply enjoy the view. For photography enthusiasts, this is an absolute dream. The views are perfect for capturing stunning cityscapes, especially during the golden hour when the sun sets behind the skyscrapers. The space is also well-maintained, clean, and offers helpful staff who are eager to answer questions and share tips for maximizing the experience. Manini Dhar It is a lovely place to visit if you are located close to the city, particularly on a sunny day. The sunset views are to die for, and one can also see a beautiful view of the city skyline. The pier has been recently renovated and is now open from the morning till 5 PM. There are ample places to sit, few cafes nearby to enjoy a cup of hot coffee and has nice walking tracks too. Summers are quite crowded. The best part about this pier is one can see little penguins near the rocks by the pier, particularly during sunset. It is advisable to keep silence near the rocks so as to not disturb the penguins while clicking their photos.

ATN KSD Walking down Collins Street in Melbourne, I felt a mix of excitement and admiration. The elegant blend of historic charm and modern sophistication made it feel like the heart of the city. The grand architecture, from the beautiful Block Arcade to the impressive Scots’ Church, gave the street a timeless character. I loved the energy—the hum of conversations from stylish cafés, the quiet elegance of luxury boutiques, and the steady rhythm of city life. Whether it was enjoying a peaceful coffee, admiring the heritage buildings, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, Collins Street left me feeling inspired and connected to Melbourne’s unique charm.

Sean Nairn Small garden planted with rosemary alongside the tram line at Port Melbourne as a tribute to soldiers of WWI who passed this spot on their way to Princes Wharf before joining the fighting in Europe. A quiet spot for reflection. The North Port Hotel is just across the way for a drink or meal, otherwise jump on a tram to Port Melbourne for more options.
