1 /5 Anabelle San Jose: Worse eyebrow place I’ve ever been to. Not only the customer service was poor but also the work was poor. I asked the team member to tidy it up twice. I even resorted to tweezing it myself to which she didn’t ask if there was anything she can do. She continued to talk to the other team member throughout .. as she was threading my eyebrows. Not hygienic at all. The place smelt really bad too. Never coming back.

1 /5 ahngelica y: Very rude staff and rough.She didnt seem to care when I tried to tell her and just brushed me off. Ive never experienced this rudeness in other salons. I would never come back here again. Given the bad reviews Im surprised they are still working here Very Very poor service!! Edit: I will email you the details. Pacific Werribee 11 Jan around 3.15 pm. There were two indian ladies working. Both didnt seem friendly The rude one who served me, she seemed very argumentative and I didnt go back for her name. When I said I wouldnt be coming back,her response was thats ok. She walked away. Lets hope you actually do.something rather than just responding to each comment. It seems nothing has been done given the poor reviews.

1 /5 Rahma Safi: I generally don’t leave bad reviews however my experience today was horrible. I was explaining to the lady that was doing my brows how I wanted them done and she was getting quite frustrated everytime I requested something. She would speak to her colleagues in a language I didn’t understand and get upset which wasn’t nice. When I asked where I could leave feedback or a review the supervisor said I can write it down on a paper? I hope no one experiences anything similar.

1 /5 Sai Vanguri: This is possibly the worst brow place to go to and I plan to raise a complaint with consumer services Victoria after the incident today. First any day you visit this place even an hour earlier, they will probably turn you away saying they are closed. Last weekend, when I was turned away at 4.30PM for eyebrows threading when no customer was there, I enquired if the closing time was 4.30pm or 5.00pm because it was very confusing as to why they always turn you down starting an hour earlier almost. Today, I was desperate to get my eyebrows threaded and entered the place. The lady at the counter blew her nose with a tissue and threw the tissue in the bin - he nose was red and it was obvious she was down with a cold. Without cleaning her hands, she came and took the thread and placed a bit in her mouth. I was VERY concerned at the hygiene. Her face was so close to my nose and mouth and she wasn’t by the least concerned that she could probably spread a viral. I stopped her and questioned her that was she doing my eyebrows while having a bad cold? She shrugged her shoulders to ask so? I pointed out she could be highly contagious and that I have a baby and had only recovered myself from a viral and am weary of catching another infection. She responded by saying that her cold was due to the weather and continued threading. Thankfully the ordeal last for another 5 mins - the first thing I did was to run to the closest washroom and wash my hands and face and since the encounter I’m hoping that I didn’t catch the infection. I’m going to report this place on matters of health and safety and for the fact that they are very very disgusting and unhygienic. I’m so disgusted with this whole episode. They need to shut down this place ASAP. Please stay away from this place however desperate you are is my final say.

1 /5 Collette G: I have been coming to beauty on brow in Werribee for 5 years as a loyal customer, however i will not be coming anymore due to staffs rude behaviour and attitude. I was in today at 12:30pm with the 2 ladies working on this shift. Every time i come in the ladies always do the lower part of my brow to my hairline. She make me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like a liar when I told her every single ladies has done that for me its only a few hairs extra from my eyebrow lower part to my hairline. She looked at the other lady and laughed. I asked her if I could talk to a manager to express my feedback her reply why "I am cutting your eyebrows why do you want a manager to do that" I replied no i want to chat with someone in charge. She said there is no manager here ever only a HR person. Not sure what she is referring to I find it hard to believe a business chain franchise such as "beauty on brow parlour" does not have a supervisor on manager in charge. I then asked for the owners details she looked at me and said you can find this online in an angry manner. Then she looked at her co worker and laughed making me feel very uncomfortable sitting there. I have been in customer service, retail and sales myself for the past 15 years and I will let you know this is very unacceptable behaviour from fully grown women. Your customers are your business and without them your business will not profit. I suggest you please train your staff to be a little more respectful and accommodating to your customers.
