1 /5 Christina Roberts: Imagine spending weeks to grow your brows out to the perfect shape only for someone to completely butcher your shape and take out so much hair that your brows are now completely uneven. I wish I could give 0 stars! She asked me if I wanted a tidy or shaping and I clearly said “just a tidy please, I’m really happy with my shape” - she didn’t even mention that she mistakenly took half my eyebrow off, and I didn’t notice till I got home. It’s now been a few weeks and I’m struggling to grow my brows back to the perfect shape I had before due to how much hair she hacked off. Do not go here!

1 /5 Th Th: Worst possible service ever. I asked to do an eyebrows threading and the lady didnt ask anything. When I went to pay I saw that the bill is $20.30 which should be $15. Then I realized the girl just scammed me as she didnt bother to ask whether Im here to thread or shape. She considered herself about shaping and did that. Pretty awful and disturbing behaviour. I recommend "The beauty lounge" in Northland shopping centre. Thats my regular go to place but due to tight time I came Westfield and it was a total disaster. Scammers everywhere.

1 /5 Garima Saini: Being there early this morning at 9 am with my sister for threading. My eyebrows been messed up by the girl who was working there by herself. She did not accepted her mistake otherwise blamed that I did not have proper growth when I went after 3 months. She thinks I did not have growth proper even after 3 months. She did not even apologise for her mistake. I don’t understand why they hire such untrained staff while you pay full amount. Please hire at least trained staff.

1 /5 Khadeeja Atif: Whoever recommended me to come here must have accidentally said this location instead of another, because I came in for an eyebrow lamination and threading. However, she did the threading first which meant when it came time for the lamination my skin was burning and stinging severely. I had voiced my concerns several times throughout the process where she told me to not worry and that my “skin was too soft” so that’s why it was happening. I trusted her at the time because I wasn’t aware that you’re meant to do the lamination first before hair removal to avoid irritation. Again when I went to go pay I was very frustrated and told her again that my skin has never reacted like this before. Again she tried to tell me it was because my “skin was too soft”. When I pressed the issue again she just laughed in my face and said “okay” before immediately going up to her coworker to have her take my payment instead. Throughout this whole interaction, both of these ladies were making very passive aggressive comments about me and other customers in Punjabi, believing that I did not understand despite being Punjabi. Extremely unprofessional and there is a lack of etiquette. My eyebrows are no longer red but they are still stinging and burning (service was on the 18/12/24 and it is now the 19/12/24 and it is still stinging and burning), even when I had asked in the business what can be done to help reduce the stinging, both staff members ignored me. I promise you that closing your eyes doesn’t make the problem disappear. In the image I’ve put it does not do justice for how red and swollen it had looked right afterwards. I have no hope that this business will try to follow up on this issue, given that based on previous reviews this business hasn’t. Based on previous reviews as well, I have no idea if I was overcharged for the services I had received either. Please avoid! Mistakes can happen by anyone and that is okay, but as grown women the past you can do is take responsibility and apologise rather than trying to blame your customer. TLDR; stay away from this business and don’t ever try a new place when your regular girl would never act this way.

1 /5 Lyshai B: Business is not responding to any emails in regards my partners eyebrows . He was severely burnt on Saturday and they are dismissing and not accepting fault . I would highly advise against going here . Coming from a similar industry I am absolutely blown away by the dismissal after numerous attempts at sending emails and photos to the store and also to head office . EDITED to add it is now over 2 months later and we were never contacted as business says below.
