Sarah-Jane D Donna was friendly and made me feel comfortable instantly. I booked in a Hydrafacial and Donna explained each step of the treatment to me. I felt comfortable the whole time and received compliments on my skin after the treatment. I would highly recommend Donna and am looking forward to more treatments with her in the future. Sahra Davoudi Mariam is amazing. She did my lash lift and tint plus brow lamination and I’m obsessed with the results. My lashes are lifted perfectly and my brows have never looked so polished and full. She’s gentle, professional, and so lovely to chat with. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing. Vithusha Sureshkumar Lauren is super sweet had such a comfortable and supportive first experience! Got the strip lash look and it’s by far by favourite lashes I’ve gotten. She’s super skilled and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jacqueline Numa Lucy has been doing my Lashes for over 3 year now and I love them! I cant live without them! I love not having to wear mascara. Georgia at the studio also does incredible lashes! The work they do is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend the studio to anyone!

Giorgia Boutsiavaras Shirin is a master of her trade! I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a local place to get my eyebrows threaded. However, I have always been very particular about who does my brows. Shirin put me at ease instantly with her professionalism and her lovely manner. My eyebrows have never looked better! She is also very flexible and always has time to fit me in. Ive definitely found my local and Ill continue to be a loyal customer!

The lady who did my nails (I regret not catching her name) was so friendly and made the whole experience even better with her warmth, very talkative and absolutely hilarious. Hoda Akrawi Having dark black hair it was almost near impossible to change it to my desired blonde ash colour. I tried many hairdressers with minimal or no result, until I came across Golozar who made my experience at ease and gave my hair the results I had been looking for. I highly recommend her due to her expertise in hairdressing and excellent customer service!

James Jensen Awesome place.. The owner and boss of Mill park hair design salon Angela saved my skin when I screwed up my hair by attempting to cut the back myself only to totally butcher the job! I went there on a Thursday and she cut it in a way that not only corrected the big mistake I made but the style cut itself looked so good everyone at work complimented me and the boss even got a similar cut a week later! Best decision Ive made in ages coming here..

Jie Zhu This was by far the best nail place Ive been to! The prices are great and my nails look so cute! The staff are very nice and helpful as well. I just needed to add a little decoration on top and they fulfilled it perfectly. Highly recommend !

Bridget Carman Have been here a few times. Service has been high and low. This morning I saw Harman who was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me by coming out from behind the desk with a lovely welcome and smile. She reassured me when she knew I was a little uncomfortable as I have very sensitive eyes. After threading she placed her hand on my brow and applied a little pressure which helped with the sensitivity. Harman did a lovely job in shaping my brows giving me a little arch. She was very good with the waxing also. Will see her again.

Laura DONT GO HERE!!! 0 stars if I could! Where do I start?! I went here and the lady absolutely stuffed my eyebrows!! She took patches out of my eyebrows that I have to now fill in until they grow back. Both my eyebrows are different shapes and tail of my eyebrows are completely uneven. One side is thick and the other is paper thin. I can’t believe how shocking my eyebrows are now!! I went back to complain to the manager and of course she stuck up for her worker and instead of fixing them she blamed MY EYEBROWS!! How is that even possible when my eyebrows were even better before I walked in then when I left? She got defensive and refused to fix them for me. Save your money and go somewhere else even if it costs a bit extra. It’s not worth going through what I did! If you love your eyebrows as much as I do, take my learning experience and don’t go here

Milly C After 8 years of coming I finally decided to not put up with sns nails that chip within a day, and not put up with rude service. All the nice staff have left. I will never come back to this shop after being treated so rudely again today. I finally realized I wasnt comfortable with spending so much money and being treated like an annoyance. Please dont waste your time.

Leanne Tannahill Terrible! Will not return! I mentioned twice I was not happy and I was ignored. When my partner walked into the salon he could see I was upset and again I stated how I was not happy with the work and it was not acknowledged. Not one nail is covered fully, really thick spots in places, shaping is ok at nail tip but terrible on the rest of the nail, none of the nails covered in top coat fully either. I pointed out the first nail wasnt covered and asked if she could fix it and she didnt. If youre too busy to take the time out to do a service properly, turn people away when they walk in. Do not have two or three different people service the same client. This didnt happen to me this time but I saw it happen to clients and it is not a good look for the business.

After initially not being completely happy with my nails, Ivy went above and beyond to fix them and make sure I left completely satisfied. The attention to detail and dedication to customer happiness truly impressed me. My nails look flawless now, and I couldn’t be happier. Five stars all the way!

Christina Roberts Imagine spending weeks to grow your brows out to the perfect shape only for someone to completely butcher your shape and take out so much hair that your brows are now completely uneven. I wish I could give 0 stars! She asked me if I wanted a tidy or shaping and I clearly said “just a tidy please, I’m really happy with my shape” - she didn’t even mention that she mistakenly took half my eyebrow off, and I didn’t notice till I got home. It’s now been a few weeks and I’m struggling to grow my brows back to the perfect shape I had before due to how much hair she hacked off. Do not go here!

Morgan Fitzsimmons Got my nails done on 28/02 and three fell off in first 24 hours. Considering how much I spent on them I’m very disappointed in the quality. It’s now the 6/3 and 5 nails have come off!!
