1 /5 Jacky Lian: Worst purchase experience ever. 0 star if I could My original booking got cancelled due to weather condition. They put me into a rescheduled event without contacting me. Per their ticket policy, I am eligible to get refund. I chased up multiple times via emails, got no replies. I will submit my case to fair trading to get my money back.

1 /5 tuyet mai: Went Friday 14 October 2pm-5pm session. Paid $35 for a child and $70 for 2 parents. What a rip off. You advertised 4 jumping areas but only 2 were opened, the rest closed. Very disappointing. Ground was muddy where you setup jumping castles and shade areas, our feet sank with each step. The 2 jumping areas opened had water pooled everywhere very unsafe for jumping.

1 /5 Kelly Hamers: Our timeslot was moved from 3-6 pm (perfect time) to 6-9 pm, which basically means we had to cancel a dinner with friends. Upon arrival the terrain was muddy and the maze was closed. Toilets werent functioning so you had to go off the terrain to the municipal ones. Overall experience was ok for 2 hours or so, but ticket price is not worth it by far. Obstacle course is not inflated enough to be able to climb over most of the stuff properly. Ball pits had instagirls just lying there to take pics. The "main feature", the big bouncy castle, was disappoiting as it had already gotten too dark and cold once our timeslot had commenced and the music was terrible. They arrange "games" here to keep people entertained that just basically entail 4 people running around like crazy doing exercises and everybody else looking at them. The big bounce advertises very well, actual experience was just one big disappointment. Better to spend your money on a proper entertainment park than this sorry excuse to grab your money.

1 /5 Leanne Kohler: Our event was rescheduled and I couldn’t make the new date (which I advised in advance, completed their refund form and received a confirmation from them that it had been received) . I have emailed 3 times since then and am still yet to receive a $110 refund. They have had my money for well over a month.
