1 /5 Josie Ann Colmenares: I originally not to drop by here since the Director of this salon, NIKKI was so helpful, respectful and know what shes doing. She cleaned the mess that her employee done to my eyelash and my eyes. BUT the lady who did my eyelash extensions did not show remorse, not even apologetic and could not even see me eye to eye when I went back to this salon to have the extensions removed and up until today, Sunday, 2 days past, my right eye is still red (see photo). This is not about the salon, nor Nikki but this is for the employee who butchered my eyelash extensions, so lucky I did not get her name, but she is THE ONE IN THE SHORT HAIR.
It is my first time coming into this salon since my lash tech in Beleura and Mt.Eliza is not available for my desired date since I am attending a party the next day. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was getting a volume eyelash extensions for $100 everything went well at the beginning until 30 minutes after I could feel a tingling sensation in my right eye. until pass an hour and it goes on and on. The lady who did it told me because I dont have enough eyelashes on the outer corner of my right eye and that it makes it so difficult for her. I told her I am uncomfortable that it is really painful, so she removed the extensions forcedly that it was such an excruciating pain there is. I kept on fanning my right eye coz I could not stand it anymore. The lady kept on telling me she has done this for 14years, which I understand but why does this have to happen? You could have mastered the technique on how to deal with short lashes then if thats the case? The session lasted for 1hour and 47 minutes until the other lady has to take over, which she made it is so easy.
In a nutshell, I went home with a bruised, very red right eye. Uneven eyelash extensions. I could not sleep because my right eye was so painful. So, I messaged them to have it removed asap as I could feel that my eyes are about to come out from my eyeballs. To make things worse, I went to the party with a red eye.
And to the lady with short hair, who did my extensions, I wish you have some customer service training too. You are so proud doing this for a long time, but clearly you did not master it yet. and oh, once you have done something not right to the customer, whether unintentional or intentional, you have to be apologetic, show some accountability and not just raise your eyebrows when you saw them at the door. The Director is way more apologetic than you, she did not even brag that she is the Director or maybe owner or maybe how good she is.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, unless you will get your service done by NIKKI ONLY!!!
