Shewa Sa I had a lovely experience with yasmin. She was super professional, helpful with advice on the health of my lashes and she followed up afterwards. My lashes look so nice and have lasted so well! Thank you!!

Harley Nguyen I don’t have appointments just walk in, the staff so friendly and they ask me for water and tea. The best service ever seen. The job perfectly the girls she’s very take time to get the job done. I forgot to ask her name. Absolutely come back!!

Diana Aridi Hands of Mine is my favourite monthly ritual. Mary is so kind, talented and knowledgeable in nourishing and healing the skin and her treatments are like a balm for the soul. It is a sensory experience. Everything is carefully considered, from her unique facial treatments to the the amazing head and shoulder massage. I honestly feel like a new person after every session (complete nervous system reset!) and my skin has never been better. Mary also makes a number of beautiful products for homecare in between appointments which are amazing for sensitive skin. I am also always learning skin education from her and she is big on internal health and has a holistic view of the body which I think is really important when seeking out a skin therapist/ coach. Thank you Mary for creating such a special space. :)

Cassandra M I’ve been going to Aelita for about 7 years now, and aside from word of mouth I’ve really made an effort to keep Aelita’s services under wraps as I no longer live in Victoria and fly back annually for touch ups on my cosmetic tattooing, and would be devastated if Aelita was booked out on those occasions, however, I am now feeling greedy about this secret as Aelita truly is an expert in her field. After previously going elsewhere and then finding Aelita, who corrected the previous persons mistakes, there is absolutely no one else I would trust to do my cosmetic tattooing. If you’re seeing anyone else for this service, why? Aelita is a precision queen, so do yourself a favour and go to a real professional who takes the utmost pride in their work.

Sarah Banditi I really wanted to love MOON SKIN & MAKEUP STUDIO because the salon is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming. But unfortunately, my lash extension experience left me really disappointed and honestly, a bit heartbroken. Right after getting them done, they looked okay — not amazing, but fine. But as they started falling out, I realized they were also pulling out my natural lashes with them. I already had very few lashes, and now I’m left with even less. It was devastating. They used thick, heavy lashes that didn’t suit my fine natural ones at all. They felt synthetic and stiff — I could feel them every time I rubbed my eyes, and sometimes they even left tiny scratch marks. It was really uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe. For the price I paid, I expected better. They clearly cut corners on the quality of the lashes, and it shows. Its such a shame because the service and space were great — but no matter how nice a salon looks, it doesnt make up for damage to your natural lashes. I won’t be coming back.
