My case was quite complex, involving both a crossbite and an open bite, but thanks to Katie’s skill and carefully planned approach — especially in collaboration with my jaw surgeon — both issues have been successfully corrected. What really stands out is how thorough and calming Katie is. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, and the entire process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. Shes also incredibly gentle when making adjustments — something I really appreciated throughout the treatment. The coordination with the jaw surgeon was exceptional, and my teeth and jaw are now aligned. With only a few minor tweaks remaining, I’m genuinely excited about the final result.
