Dr. Will and his assistant together with the front of house staff provided a welcoming and thorough service without any need to try and upsell or suggest treatments I didnt need. The pricing is extremely reasonable with no compromise on quality of work. Definitely my dentist from now on. A big thank you to all the team.

What I love most about this practise is their dedication to help you and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend higher. It’s worth the drive from wherever to receive such five star dental care. Places like this are hard to find!!!! Thank you to all the team and especially to Dr Joanna. You are a credit to the dental industry. Just had my whole family in for a check and clean yesterday. My daughters actually enjoy going to the dentist as Dr Joanna Xing is the kindest, thorough, most gentle dentist around. You will never have unnecessary work done here as its an honest practice with honest dentists. We drive from Moonee Ponds to Thornbury as this a quality surgery with knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend the Thornbury dental group for young and old. Thanks so much to all the staff who look after my familys teeth so well.

5 /5 Sam Dabestani: My new regular dentist. I woke up one Saturday morning with an excruciating pain in my left lower wisdom tooth. Thornbury Dental Group were able to set me up with an appointment within a few hours notice, so already that alone was a great relief. Once I got there, I was set up for an appointment with Dr. Kai Ooi, and really couldnt have asked for a better dentist. He was able to establish the source of the pain, wash out the offending area, and prescribe antibiotics and painkillers, which reduced the pain to a much more bearable state by the following day, and by the day after that, it was barely noticeable. I was then back a week later, having done a full X-ray in the intervening period that Kai had sent me for, and with that showing no other issues, Kai gave my teeth a very thorough clean, with great results. I was really impressed by not only the care he took in identifying and solving the source of the pain, but his general friendliness and politeness, and his careful, gentle approach, combined with am obvious dedication to doing a thorough job that produces visibly satisfying results. A shout-out to his team also (the dental assistant and reception staff), who were also very friendly, helpful and professional. Next time I need a check-up, its a no-brainer that Ill be back here. Thank you Dr. Kai Ooi and team!
