2 /5 Tania Xu: After a great first visit, I returned to this salon to get my wedding nails done, hoping for the same quality experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.
I asked for ombré French nails, but the technician seemed unsure and had to check with the owner. My Vietnamese friend, who was with me, translated that the owner said, "I cant be bothered, Im tired." Despite this, she proceeded — and the results were far from professional. The nails had visible streaks, and when I politely asked if she could smooth them out, she simply replied, "No, I cannot."
If I had known she either didn’t want to do them or wasn’t confident in the technique, I would have chosen a different design. Now, I have to spend more time and money to get them redone — which is incredibly frustrating so close to my wedding.
My friend also had a poor experience. She asked for French tips with an oval shape and instead got almond-shaped nails that were cut too short. Even though she showed a photo for reference, the technician did the tips her own way. While the end result was okay, it wasnt what was requested.
The attitude we received was disappointing. For someone in the service industry, the owner came across as rude and dismissive, which made the us feel uncomfortable.
Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this salon to others.
