Tania Xu After a great first visit, I returned to this salon to get my wedding nails done, hoping for the same quality experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.
I asked for ombré French nails, but the technician seemed unsure and had to check with the owner. My Vietnamese friend, who was with me, translated that the owner said, "I cant be bothered, Im tired." Despite this, she proceeded — and the results were far from professional. The nails had visible streaks, and when I politely asked if she could smooth them out, she simply replied, "No, I cannot."
If I had known she either didn’t want to do them or wasn’t confident in the technique, I would have chosen a different design. Now, I have to spend more time and money to get them redone — which is incredibly frustrating so close to my wedding.
My friend also had a poor experience. She asked for French tips with an oval shape and instead got almond-shaped nails that were cut too short. Even though she showed a photo for reference, the technician did the tips her own way. While the end result was okay, it wasnt what was requested.
The attitude we received was disappointing. For someone in the service industry, the owner came across as rude and dismissive, which made the us feel uncomfortable.
Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this salon to others.
(Attaching photos to show the difference between what we asked for vs. what we got.)

Francesca Went to Thosy nails with a voucher from my son. When I gave them the voucher they did not want to honour it despite it not being expired. This is the second time they have tried to not honour a voucher. After having to argue with them, they begrudgingly honoured it. They then gave me a sub standard pedicure, refused to do my heels and were very unfriendly the whole time. I was uncomfortable the entire time as they were conversing in their native language throughout giving me dirty looks. I strongly recommend no one to buy vouchers here and go to a different nail salon that treats its customers with respect. Deserves zero stars
Updated feedback 15th Jan in response to Thosy Nails reply: The response to this review from Thosy Nails is inaccurate and misleading. The vouchers are issued by your staff in person, and are retained on use so it could not have been previously used. If you have issues with how your staff issue vouchers then please address that with them, dont blame your customers. Frankly your response reinforces your poor customer service and business ethics. Unprofessional!!

J W Three tips fell off in first week omg....I wanted to go back and get them fixed for free but feel like they will just fall off again so Id rather just go somewhere else and start again. $90 wasted.... They dont speak enough english to understand what youre asking. They overcharge for colours, nail art, without telling you first (sometimes they suggest the alternative)
They randomly stop and go work on a different customer or disappear into the back for 20 mins, multiple times... no communication.
They take over the call bookings but dont ask for your name and when you come you sit there waiting for half an hour.
