I am posting this review on behalf of a family member who came here for eyelashes extension but her eyes got infected and could not open her eyes after the eyelashes extension! Owner had to struggle for several hours to complete the job and as it was late and she was famished (havent had dinner after her work), my family member had to leave. Owner said she will refund her instead. The next day, she ghosted my family member when she demanded a refund. I came into the shop on Saturday to collect the refund on behalf but she was closed at 6.30pm instead of the advertised 8pm. This morning I came again to take the refund for my family member, owner refused and said my family had to come personally instead although she already told her she needs to work. Owner purposely made it very difficult for the refund, she wont PayId or direct debit, very unprofessional and unethical. She wont speak to me, ignored me and I thought she could not understand English, until another customer had to translate to me as Owner was speaking in her foreign language to another customer! So RUDE! Then my family member came into the shop herself to get the refund as Owner demanded, but she asked my family member to wait until she finished the nail job, which was very very unreasonable and unprofessional! After a lot of DRAMA, owner finally provided the refund, which proves the authenticity of this poor review and the unprofessional job performed by Uniche. I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs, Health Complaints Commissioner, Victorian Dept of Health, and APHRA, if this issue persisted and more lies or drama created by Uniche based on her response to this review.
