I always felt informed about the process, and Dr McKay made sure to take the time to address any of my concerns. SS T The whole team from front desk to doctors in MC Dental Glen Waverley are so professional and down to earth at the same time. My family has seen Dr Lisa and Dr Vicky, both doctors are very professional, reassuring and good at comforting patients. They explain thoroughly the problems and treatment plan. Being a dental phobia, they have managed to put my nerve at ease and even looking forward to next appointment to have my dental issue fixed. The clinic is also very clean, bright and equiped with most advanced equipments. I feel that my family is in good hand being patient at MC Dental.

It’s clear that he genuinely cares for his patients, and he always remembers lots of details about our lives and asks how we are going. He’s super patient and understanding and makes sure to listen to and address any concerns with professionalism and kindness. I mentioned difficulties in maintaining dental hygiene due to mental health and he was completely supportive of it in a very laidback and reassuring way. The other staff are lovely to and the facilities are always spotless.

We were keen to find out if Mt Waverley Smiles would be able to repair it with a post and dental filling. William confirmed that this would be possible. In one single session lasting only 1.5 hours William was able to successfully restore my mothers tooth. He and his assistant Vanessa worked quickly and efficiently and made my mother feel very comfortable throughout. The result was a very natural-looking tooth which my mother is delighted with.
