3 /5 Babes J: Its decent and quite but is becoming more popular and not all the dogs are socialised. However, the people who use the walking track beside the park are frequently not dog-friendly. Witnessed on a few occasions people yelling and acting nervously around dogs that went up to the fence, for no reason. There was even one time the dogs were playing fetch and barking excitedly, and I saw a woman pull out a phone and start recording everyone in the park, which was clearly because the dogs were barking even though they were just having fun. Not sure what the thought process was, when there are several people and dogs happily enjoying a fenced off area, you are outside of and not bothering you. Theres also no need to use this path if youre afraid of dogs, its very out of the way from the park. Not keen on the upgrade with gravel for poor doggy feet either, unsure why the council couldnt just fix the fence and use some good soil to fill the holes.
