anne-marie cox I Re-registered with Goodlife after leaving due to COVID. Since rejoining I cannot praise the staff enough. The new fitness equipment they have. Its certainly a game changer. Its also great to see the over 60 attending, not just for the young ones. The Staff members are resourceful and attentive, to detail. Im so glad that I rejoined, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Robert Barker The 12 week program was very easy to follow and being able to text Lucy along the way for help made it very helpful. I signed up to the 12 week because I needed help with my daily macros and needed to change my diet. I learnt heaps along the way, what foods to stay away from which ones are good to eat, you dont need weights to build muscle. 100% recommend to anyone to give this program a crack I lost 12.8kgs in the 12 weeks its really changed my lifestyle in eating better exercise, Ive got more energy.
