5 /5 Robert Barker: The 12 week program was very easy to follow and being able to text Lucy along the way for help made it very helpful. I signed up to the 12 week because I needed help with my daily macros and needed to change my diet. I learnt heaps along the way, what foods to stay away from which ones are good to eat, you dont need weights to build muscle. 100% recommend to anyone to give this program a crack I lost 12.8kgs in the 12 weeks its really changed my lifestyle in eating better exercise, Ive got more energy.

Shes also helped me form a healthy relationship with food and nutrition without missing out on the things that I love. Shes covers a great range of fitness levels and ages and a great range of exercises from outdoor to indoor as well Ive been with her for a year now and Ive love my whoel body and mind transformation.
