Angie Sabo Mary is a very experienced Pilates instructor who encourages everyone to do their best. She takes great care to accomodate all her students’ needs.Her sessions are always varied and interesting and provide a full body workout. I have been attending for several weeks and have benefited greatly from her sessions. Now I can keep up with my 5 year old grandchildren! Highly recommend her services !

Alicia Holland I’ve been loving online Pilates with Mary since 2020! She’s always consistent each class - super friendly and explains each move clearly, which makes it easy to follow, even on screen. I find the classes fresh with a good mix of exercises, so it never feels like the same. I always feel stronger, more relaxed, and energised after each session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a maintenance regime and a convenient and motivating way to stay active!

Jenna Susetio Great setup, Kat is great and the people have welcomed me as a part of the family. Best part is the results from the training are really showing. Workouts are always different which keeps it fresh, and saves you from thinking you can just get in and out and know you worked hard.
