I first booked in with Jen almost 2 years ago and have been regularly booked in since; her incredible luxurious facials will leave you on cloud nine! The calm tone is set with candles and soft music, relaxing your senses and getting you ready for a journey into bliss. Never leaving you for a moment, she includes massaging of the décolletage, neck, arms, hands and head leaving you feeling pampered and relaxed. Her technique and use of products is that of perfection and it’s clear she truly enjoys what she does. Ella Connor I had the most wonderful experience with Ellen. Firstly, the space is just so calm and inviting, then the treatment started and it was superb. Jessica Graham Jasmin is my go-to for whenever I need a spray tan! She is extremely reliable and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.. My tans always come out even and natural, would highly recommend her services to anyone wanting a sun kissed look!

Monique Kamminga This is the only place that I will get my spray tans. Jazmin is lovely and chatty so its always a relaxed visit. The tan is quick (only have to leave it on for 2 hours before washing off), and the colour is natural and looks like a sun tan! Im quite fair so I ask her to do a light tan and she is happy to do it as light as I want. I have always been happy with the result. I definitely recommend!

Jenny Maple The most natural spray tan Ive ever had. Jazmin knew exactly what colour would suit my skin tone and it looked flawless. Im a little shy , but Jazmin is so professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I came in.

Kirsten Karbowiak My skin is naturally pale and I’m very sun-conscious, so spending hours basking in the sun is not an option for me. Jazmin is an artist and a professional tan stylist so it made sense to ditch the self-tanning moisturisers and see her before heading from our winter to Bali where I knew I’d be having some swimmer-time ;) I wanted my tan to look natural, not too much, just add a little colour. Jazmin really listened to what I was after and as a result I was so happy with the result. Perfect!

Alice In Aussie Land I got my first lip tattoo in Melbourne with Nana. She cares about me and she is very knowledgeable about lip tattooing. The prices are fair and the quality of her lip tattoos is look natural, and she also use organic colors for the lip tattoo. Highly recommend.

Megan Groenewald I went to Silks Brow Bar for an eyebrow thread, tint, and lash tint and left with my eyes burning. I have been going here for years and very seldom have any issues, however today I believe they had a new lady working. Not only was she rude to me when giving me instructions, but she did not wash my eyelash tint off properly at all. After I payed and began to walk away my eyes immediately started to burn and water extremely badly. I was struggling to see and quickly made my way to the public bathroom to wash my eyes out with water. They continued to water and burn for a couple of hours later and it finally died down after I applied some eyedrops. When paying a decent amount of money for a service you expect to be met with professional treatments, however this was not the case today. They have lost a loyal customer.

diana robins My hair is white as I am 60 and my daughter ( bride to be ) wanted me to go back to blonde . With interpretation the day before the wedding I went to the salon . The staff are friendly bubbly and highly professional. I was more than impressed and they are not expensive . I mentioned I wasn’t 100% happy with the color initially and I was being picky ( hair like mine isn’t easy ) , without hesitation she said I will get it correct ! She did foils in my hair ensured I was happy and no charge . Try this salon ! I will be back . Stylist was Linsey

Tina Provis Amazing service! Laser Clinics Australia at Warriewood Square is literally the only clinic I go to for laser treatments. All the staff are super professional, the clinic is always clean and well kept. Tahlia is my favourite beautician - I have amazing results from my treatments with her and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would 100% recommend their services.

Sam will always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable during my appointments, something that is super important to anyone who has had a bad experience at another clinic. She is always happy to chat and provides honest and genuine advice on the services. Couldn’t recommend the Warriewood clinic and Sam enough!!

Jina Rabie Ive been a customer at the Warriewood store for a few years. I pre paid for a laser session online and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a family emergency and couldnt make it and as my emergency was so urgent I didnt even have time or even think about calling to let them know. When I called to apologise and re book, I was informed that all of my pre paid money ($114) will be taken due to not calling and not showing up. I have never done this before and think it is horrendous to take all of the money for a 15 minute appointment and a first offense. I would understand if this had happened a few times. I tried to speak to someone at head office but because it is a franchise they said the store has to store deal with it. I called the store a couple of days later to speak to the manager, I was informed she would call me back. She never did..... poor service and they have lost a customer. Would 100% not recommend!

Sue H Went here for a cut and colour pre xmas. I have layers and it was blown out and so not til I got home and brushed it myself that I realised the cut was uneven on each side - not just because of layers, but actually different lengths and much more thinned on one side than the other. Worst cut Ive ever had. And the most expensive one too, although it did include a half head of foils. Colour was ok but would not recommend and would never go back.

Go Kat Go Evelyn is an absolute delight. I called and asked if she could help me with some earrings I had bought and couldnt get into my ear. She was patient and caring. I then got a spot on my ear repeirced and she did it perfectly. My ear has not been sore at all and I will go back. Thanks Lovely

Danielle Kenny I had a terrible spray tan there, and was assured it would not be too dark or orange... but it was the worst ever - so orange and my hands were horrendous! Thank God I was not getting married or anything like that! Had to scrub my hands the next day and then was blotchy. Also I was told to phone if not happy, because I had a sneaking suspicion it was going to be bad. I phoned, only to be told thanks for letting us know. No offer of anything back. Or a sorry even.

Louise Fox I had my hair done today by Evelyn who was a lovely and very experienced hairdresser. Evelyn went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted done. Im extremely happy with my hairdo and definitely recommend her. Thanks again.

Matilda Seckold Highly highly recommend today I went to get my nose pierced they did it with a gun but it was super quick and the lady did it in the perfect spot I definitely don’t regret going there and I think if u want to get your nose pierced you should go to them because the lady clearly knew what she was doing thanks protigy ❤️

Winks By Jia Ive never connected with a nail tech like Linda. Beautiful skills and customer service, the nails came out beautifully. Definitely will be coming back. Book with Linda for amazing service and nails.

Elana McIntyre Terrible service, had five different people do my nails so the shape kept changing, took two hours for a simple job and then they painted them a different colour to what I asked for…. But told me it was the colour I asked for and charged me $100. Walked out with paint all down my fingers too. Very unhappy

Carley Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The girl used a very strange looking pumice block and scratched so hard on the tip of my toes that it was bleeding! And she and the staff couldn’t have cared less! And they’re more expensive than the other salon in Warriewood square! Steer clear!

Sab Ive only been here twice. Both times, I ended up with a different design than what I wanted. The first time, i asked for a plain maroon coffin nails. While she was prepping my nails, I asked the lady to add french tips too. For some reason she painted my nails pale pink and then did normal french tips. I really thought it was just a base coat, didnt realise that was the final colour. I didn’t bother asking her to change it cause I’m just not a confrontational person and i felt bad asking her to fix it cause, plus i was busy that day. Paid 85$ for plain french tip acrylic. Mind you, my mum also got her nails done with me and they also messed it up. Mum showed them her inspo pic, and they proceed to doing the acrylics. Turns out they cant do like her inspo at all and was planning on making her settle on what they put on her. My mum ended up just asking for french tips as well cause she absolutely hated it, paid 95$ for it. Second time I went (IDK why i went back), I again asked for plain maroon almond with a french tips and heart design on each ring finger. The lady proceeds to give me red french tips on each nail and a heart on the ring finger. My boyfriend paid $95 for it. I hope they would learn better english cause i think thats where it all went wrong. I’m not trying to be hateful as my mum isn’t the best at english either but its shocking how every single time, even when I showed inspo pics, i got the wrong design.

Vanessa Schinider I have been coming here for the last 3 times, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. Last week, I visited with my daughter and spent $200, only to leave feeling frustrated and upset. My daughter was unhappy with her nails, though I can’t speak much on her specific concerns. However, my own experience was a disaster. I have long natural nails, and they were completely butchered. there was nothing no consistent shape, and several nails had sharp, pointy edges left unfiled. The builder gel application was even worse. Every nail has a different thickness, and the surface is bumpy and full of bubbles. To top it off, the nail polish application was the worst I’ve ever seen. I honestly do a better job painting my nails myself—even using my non-dominant hand. This was such a poor-quality service that I regret paying for it. Now, I’ll have to spend more time and money to fix this atrocious job. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Claz I wish I was joking when I said this cost me $90. After initially expressing that I wasn’t happy with the results they offered the take $7 off for the chrome powered I received (the stuff that’s making the numb nail look like that) as I didn’t want to cause a scene or say much more I left paying $90. I went to do a grocery shop and decided I should go back as $90 is insane for the job that was done. The owner offered to do my nails again and fix it up, but I expressed to him that I wasn’t interested in spending another two hours getting my nails done as this is already taken so long and I don’t often get my nails done. Went back-and-forth to no avail but then I went home and saw the reviews and decided to come back. First my boyfriend went in with the receipt and photos to explain that he could’ve done a better job doing my nails with the paintbrush and asked how he felt comfortable charging almost $100 for this job. They went back-and-forth with no understanding of the fact that I did not want to get my nails done again. I then went back that afternoon stating that I did not want my nails done or a gift card or any service done from this place again. I just wanted my $90 back. as a small business owner myself and as someone who works hard for their money I understand what it’s like to run a business and for times to be tough. However when someone is upset with your service or business we all know the right thing to do is make amends right away, most of the time this will involve giving the client a refund. The owner was extremely patronising towards me. Saying things like “I think we just need to move on” Which I said I would be more than happy to do once I got my money back. we went back-and-forth for awhile. He would essentially say or do anything that didn’t involve just giving me my money back. I am of course happy to support and pay for a good service, but it’s very clear by the photos that this is not a good service. at the risk of getting accused of scamming I had already taken my nails and toenails off completely as soon as I got home so when I went back to the nail salon, I had nothing on my nails therefore concluding I didn’t receive any benefit from their service but yet the owner still managed to bring up the fact that they get scammed. I walked away with half of my money $45. It’s clear this nail salon doesn’t really care about their clients who are left feeling disappointed as all the reviews seem similar to mine.

Mars H I had a pedicure here and despite the negative reviews, I have to speak as I find and my experience was very positive. Good range of colours to choose from and I was pleased with the finish and good price. Maybe your experience depends on the staff member you get, hence the mixed reviews. I came here based on a positive recommendation from someone who regularly has shellac done here

J Hechinger Too busy. Technician left my pedicure halfway through because other customers were looking like they were tired of waiting. Did one coat of varnish on my nails then tried to tell me it was done. Swore she had done two coats and clear on top. When I told her she had only done one, she got defensive. Maybe she thought I was zoned out on my phone and wouldn’t notice, but I wasn’t and I did. Took way too long for to do my daughter’s manicure because they kept getting up to do other peoples nails.

Mel Tredinnick 0/5 stars. Wish I had read reviews prior… Asked for a normal shellac pedicure, and shellac with tips and a special design on my fingers. She used a nail grinder on my skin to file off my cuticles, making 3 of my fingers bleed and the others red raw. I pulled my hand back multiple times saying “ouch!” and she carried on with it anyway as I sat there in pain with gritted teeth. She also used the grinder on the base of my nails over and over again, so much so that my nails are still hurting 12 hours after the fact. My nails are uneven in length, the underside of my nails are covered in glue, the polish is very thick and uneven and the paint on one of my nails was started so far down the nail that it looks like it’s already 2 weeks old and grown out! Half my toes are missing nail polish, and the painting is also uneven (some parts got two coats, and some parts were missed), which was done by a different ‘nail tech’. Easily the worst pedicure I’ve ever had - I could’ve done better and I’m simply horrible at it. It cost me $122 all up, which is extremely expensive for such an awful experience. I would’ve expected them to be flawless at that price!!! Very unhappy.
