Vaia Birrell This place ruined my eyebrows. I went in for an eyebrow wax and half my eyebrow was stripped off. When the girl realised what she had done she offered me a free tint. I was not given a mirror at this point so didn’t know that her kind offer was her trying to cover up her mistake! When I saw that nearly half my eyebrow was missing she tried to tell me that it was like that before the appointment! I know I have sparse eyebrows but I never had a massive bald spot in my brow!! The most disappointing part was that instead of owning up to her mistake and apologising she continued to tell me I was wrong. The manager also did the same to me. I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years and never have I had such a terrible experience. I’ve attached a before and after photo and I can assure you I had a full eyebrow before the appointment! Next time own up to your mistake!!

Giomar Vanessa Lopez Rozo Personally I dont recommend this place, I had my nails done and I really didnt like the quality or the prices of the place. They left my nails super thick, the nail polish was badly applied (it has lumps and unpainted spaces). They weigh me down and my nails hurt because of how thick they are.

Sonya Wurst After having major surgery 13 weeks ago, today was the first time I was able to attempt a mani/pedi and both of the amazing people here made sure Inwas okay the whole time, asked if I required assistance into and out of the massage chair, took the most amazing care of me! I have missed living in Sydney and Nulla, and these amazing people have reminded me just what I am missing. Thank you so much for your amazing care and attention!!!! Janette Anderson I had shellack nails and toes at this shop a week ago. Within days the french tips on my nails started showing scratches and cracking. My nails have now started breaking. It was the most expensive mani/pedi Ive ever had and the worst. Wont be back!
