The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, providing customised and personalised treatment suggestions which best suit your skin condition. They aren’t pushy to sell you any treatment. Clinic was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

My beautician is very attentive, patience and, always taking extra care with my skin condition. The serums smell divine, products used for my skin are gentle and services are great! Im very happy with their communication and how they treat my skin. My skin condition has improved tremendously. So far I have tried a few of their services and all of them have been nothing short but good! Currently, I am on my second package with Beauty by J and very satisfied with their products and services. Their approach to me was personal and that, made me feel special. Daphne Shen I’ve been seeing Cecilia for two years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes after trying so many places across Sydney!! She really knows how to achieve the style that you want but still compliment the style of your natural eye shape. Best of all her lashes STAY ON!! I can honestly go 3-4 weeks and still be getting compliments as they stay so full - you will lose lashes, naturally, but it’s not patchy or in gaps which is amazing.

Youngwon Hong This is a shop that specialises exclusively in eyelashes, unlike the typical Korean nail art shops that also have eyelash services. Upon arrival, she showed me various sample photos and provided thorough consultations about my desired design. The treatment was done meticulously as well. I’m very satisfied with the results, so I’m leaving a review. It was my first time getting LED lashes, and they feel much better than traditional glue with no discomfort. It might also be because she did a great job with the treatment. I highly recommend!

Fiona Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. I paid $50 for a wash and blow-dry, expecting a professional result. Instead, my hair was left curly and frizzy—not what I asked for. When I returned after having to fix it myself, they blamed the rain (which I never walked in) rather than taking accountability. I had to speak to the boss over the phone, who outright refused to refund me, claiming that’s what a “blow-dry” is meant to look like. Apparently, if I wanted straight hair, I should have paid extra for an iron or chemical straightening. Unbelievable! If you’re looking for quality service and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs.

Tiffany Jamieson I swore I’d never get lash extensions until Janie. I always feared the heavy curtain like lashes I kept seeing but Janie changed everything. In the initial consult, Janie takes the time to understand your desires and makes recommendations based on your eye shape (she really gets almond/asian/hooded eye girlies). For my first ever set, I went with the Dark Brown Natural Classic and Wispy set for a softer look. Couldn’t be happier and can’t stop batting my eyes. Downside is that she’s an hour drive away but the drive is worth it. I fear I’m now addicted.

Ashlyn Bui Janie is honestly an angel!!! She was so accommodating and kind. She’s very detailed with her work and really takes her time to help you understand how each style of lash would look like and what you could expect for your results. Moreover, Janie helped with finding what kind of lash style would suit my eye shape. For example, a cat eye look, a look with the longest lash being at the centre of your eye (I think doe eyes?!), etc. Personally in love with my results (Glam classic & Wispy w/under-lashes) and will definitely come again!!!

I am unsure if the lady who looked after us was having a bad day, but I felt my friend and I were served bluntly and there was a disparity in the treatment between my friend and I. There are a couple of reasons for this: 1) upon entering, we were not greeted by the lady - instead she held out hand sanitiser for us to use - I understand the want to keep germ free, but it would have been nice to have been received with a bit more warmth 2) we were given forms to fill out without any explanation, resulting in my friend and I filling out the incorrect section - no big issue here of course, but informing us of the correct sections to fill out would have been a more professional practice 3) when analysing my skin, assumptions were made regarding my ethnicity, my skincare routines and my diet. My friend was said to have perfect skin, while comments regarding my own were delivered quite bluntly. My friend indeed has better skin quality than me, and I do not mind being given suggestions on how to care for my skin better, however the delivery of the comments and the assumptions made me feel uncomfortable. 4) when in the room getting our facials done, I noticed that the lady asked my friend many questions about her life - the sort of questions to build rapport with a client. No effort was made towards me, despite my own efforts to converse with the lady. 5) before exiting, the lady provided me with a sample of a product - she recommended that this would help my skin. When leaving, I requested to take a photo of the product container so that I could research it online. The lady refused to show it to me, saying that only certain people could purchase it. I felt confused as to why she had provided me with the sample. I do not usually leave negative reviews, however I left what I hoped would have been a relaxing experience feeling embarrassed and offended. Neither me nor my friend will be returning. I leave this feedback in the hopes that more hospitable service will be offered to other clients in the future.

MIA LEE I did eye lash perm myself and majority of lashes were burnt.. so i waited for 3weeks to be grown a bit longer. I sent photo of my lashes to the technician, so I been there my lashes were still looks funny and she fixed it up!! They were professional, trendy designs, friendly staffs and nice location. Love it!!

Karen Keung Ive been having facials done here for years, and will continue to do so even though Ive moved to Sydneys east - Ive had facials at other beauty clinics for convenience on and off but have never been able to find another place that makes my skin feel as great after the session, and value for money. Customer service and satisfaction is clearly important to the owner Amie- it is very hard to find a beauty clinic that is prepared to open at 7am to cater for busy working women. The only minor downside that may be relevant to certain individuals is that it is small centre on the first floor up a relatively narrow /somewhat steep set of stairs that could be difficult for some.
