I thought the price was crazy at first but I completely understand now!! The place looked and smelt clean, my hair looks and feels amazing, and I loved that Tim was able to explain what I was unsure about without making me feel stupid. I hope he has the best week

JACINTA HARMER I initially went to the salon for a last minute updo in October 2024 and Andy was amazing. I booked a consultation with Louise after I had been at another salon and my hair needed to be fixed after a terrible colour. Louise was so thorough and spent an hour going through my concerns, what I wanted to achieve after the awful experience I had at another salon. I felt comfortable and confident in Louise so moved forward with the booking. I came into the salon tonight and Louise again spent the time confirming and ensuring I was comfortable. Andy fixed the way the shape of my hair was sitting and all members of staff were beautiful and accommodating. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. Louise and Andy made sure that my hair was as healthy as possible. I’ll never go to anyone else again. The customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and they’ll be the only salon I’ll refer people to. I’m happy with the outcome!

WorkPlace Gifts I had the most amazing experience at Gold society. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Kara is super friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. Kara Took the time to explain the process and to understand my vision, but the results completely exceeded my expectations! My hair looked so healthy. The head massage was amazing. The follow up with recommendations made me feel overwhelmed with the care factor involved. Bounce and Party I have been coming here in the last 2 years and could see the decline in their services. Their customer service is appalling and would not recommend it to anyone. Overpriced and no customer service. Update on their comment: Yes it used to be great but your customer service does not exist anymore. Paying $153 for a haircut is ridiculous. You need a reality check.

SkylineLexi After seeing two different salons prior to manage my cool blonde scalp bleach and tone and being severely disappointed both times (and leaving with a lot of damage) I am sad I didn’t find Jess sooner !!!!!!!! She is probably the best stylist I have ever been to in my life. Hair feels incredible and not to mention the colour!! Will absolutely be coming here from now on. Do not go to anyone else for your blonde !!!!!

Every time I sit in her chair, she knows exactly what I want (even when I don’t) and always nails it. Jonathan Alexander Ali and Hassan his brother are both great, they work diligently to get the desired haircut that YOU want and they’re great listeners and open minded people. I got a skinfade with a beard trim and a line up. Im extremely picky and fussy with how i want my hair and beard done. Safe to say, Both Ali and Hassan impressed me with how good they were. Highly skilled through a decade of practice. Despite their young age, these men are meticulous in their craft. Go check it out for yourselves

Clae Martin Ali and his brother are not just great barbers, but great people. I followed them from another barbershop for their skill, expertise and friendliness. It’s been nearly 5 years now and I still go to them every 2-3 weeks to get my haircut. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. Ali is the barber your barber wants to cut their hair.

I told her what I was after, and she not only listened but also offered suggestions based on what would suit me best—while being incredibly mindful of avoiding any areas of my hair that were vulnerable. Ben I’m torn with this place. I was really pleased with the haircut and beard trim, but the atmosphere was quite horrendous. Every female who walked past the store wearing any sort of activewear was subjected to comments and remarks between the three barbers who were working. The place reeked of misogyny and I felt very uncomfortable in the chair whilst “oh daaamn” was repeated numerous times as girls walked past. It’s 2025, and we need to do better. I probably won’t go back until a huge mentality shift occurs at this place.
