She really listened to what I was after and asked about how I wear my hair, how much time I want to spend styling, etc. After the cut she gave me styling pointers that work brilliantly. I was delighted that I could get the same look on my own right away. Absolutely recommend Shortcuts for great service - also great price!

belle james I was so excited to use a local small business but was very let down. I had called to make my booking and was given a quote for a full head of foils with a wash cut and blow dry. I was happy with the price given and made my booking. When I arrived, I waited for half an hour before any of the stylists even spoke to me. Toni I think was the name of the stylist completely changed the trajectory of the appointment and said that half head of foils would be better. Being the stylist I trusted him. He said that chunky foils would show up more and even though I wanted it to be natural looking he did thick foils instead. The colour is stripy and does not go to the root so it looks like I have regrowth already. The cut was shocking I had two very wonky layers that was not done with care and was not sectioned off at all. He did not brush my hair before combing and he yanked at the tangled in the comb. He was unfriendly and did not meet what I had asked for especially seeing this colour was for preparation for my bridal hair trial. When we got to the counter to pay he charged me $40 more than I was quoted on the phone even though the service was incredibly different to what I was quoted and was poorly done. He said that it wasn’t him who I spoke to on the phone so it wasn’t his problem. I paid and left. I was devastated. I will not be returning here again

Nat Z Toni is one of the best hairdressers in the business. He is professional affordable, and does the best blow drys and styling. Specifically the fastest and best blow dry i have ever had with curly hair. Tell him what you want, and him and his friendly team can make it happen

Bek G Not sure how to get positive feedback through to the manager of the trolley collection staff. About two weeks ago I overloaded a paper bag of groceries and it tore and my groceries went everywhere. I was in the process of gathering up everything I had dropped; one of the staff members had noticed and gone to get a trolley for me before I even figured out what my next step would be. His attentiveness to need - and honestly just his kindness - was so appreciated. Thank you, and well done!

Salti Why dont you have an email contact? I want to complaint about that appalling Southern Cross Bakery recently opened. O my heavens. Residents waited 1 year for that place to open and its terrible. When is, whoever owns this centre, going to bring us a cafe worth eating or drinking at. Weve sick of factory generic premade, manufactured cakes, pastries, pies etc. All the same. Dont get me started on only one place to buy coffee.Thornleigh deserves better.
