Dennis W Got a 60 minute facial here. My skin was glowing after. The beautician was very attention to detail and didn’t rush the facial at all. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, providing customised and personalised treatment suggestions which best suit your skin condition. They aren’t pushy to sell you any treatment. Clinic was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Maggie I have had the one of the best facials at Beauty by J. The therapists (Stella, Jay and J) are incredibly skilled and I always leave with my skin radiant and glowing. The upper body massage melted away all my stress (I’ve been told it’s Korean style) and left me feeling like brand new person. MIA LEE I did eye lash perm myself and majority of lashes were burnt.. so i waited for 3weeks to be grown a bit longer. I sent photo of my lashes to the technician, so I been there my lashes were still looks funny and she fixed it up!! They were professional, trendy designs, friendly staffs and nice location. Love it!!

Donald Lui Decided to try Jackys Hair for my hair cut this month. I was very happy with the cut. I booked a time online (which was very easy and quick). I was attended to at the booked time. No waiting. Gave some vague instructions about how I wanted my hair (basically, cut however he wanted, just not too short). The cut was done well and I quite liked it. Then got a quick shampoo and final touches. Happy with how my cut turned out, and will be going to Jackys Hair for my hair cuts in the future.

Fiona Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. I paid $50 for a wash and blow-dry, expecting a professional result. Instead, my hair was left curly and frizzy—not what I asked for. When I returned after having to fix it myself, they blamed the rain (which I never walked in) rather than taking accountability. I had to speak to the boss over the phone, who outright refused to refund me, claiming that’s what a “blow-dry” is meant to look like. Apparently, if I wanted straight hair, I should have paid extra for an iron or chemical straightening. Unbelievable! If you’re looking for quality service and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs.

Merry Bui Worst haircut that i ever had and a very bad customer service experience. The quality has gone down so much, hairwash is basically a dash of water with minimal rub and the cut was uneven on two sides with barely any attention from the hairdresser. The hairdresser pull my hair so hard as it is some weeds. I used to come here all the time for haircut and lovely Korean lady and hairdresser would be so gentle very attentive to the cut and how I want it to look. The quality is no long matching the fee, would not come back.
