The squishmallow Sisters I have known Bec since she was an apprentice hair dresser, many moons ago. I have recently gone back to Bec at her new Hair Salon, Bec & Co. and I can honestly say I have never been happier. The new premises is amazing, clean, modern and private (and no problems with parking). Bec is always professional, the cut and colour leaves me looking and feeling fabulous :-) Many people have complimented my hair of late. I would like to say a BIG thank you and congratulations Bec. My entire family are all now going to Bec & Co Hair Salon and I/we would highly recommend you do the same.

Alison Hay Sas has been doing my hair exclusively for the past 5 years. Shes the only one I trust as she has so much knowledge and skill under her belt. Everytime I visit, not only does my hair look PERFECT when I leave, but we have the BEST time just hanging out, having a chat and a laugh while shes working her magic on my hair. I can not recommend her service enough! And now that she has Jess working alongside her and learning all the tricks of the trade, I have zero doubts she will become just as successful and skillful as her teacher (shes super friendly and fun also) If you want your hair to be as beautiful and as healthy as it possible can be. Chris F What a horrible haircut today. Asked for a 0-1 fade back and sides and only got the bottom of my head shaved. Sides not faded in to an 1 and the left side is much longer than the right. Also can see marks on my skin behind my ear where the barber decided to not fade but go for a skin fade. Very inconsistent. $45 dollars and didn’t get a fade, just a shave on the bottom of my head. Left side is spiky the right side not even cut. Not sure if the ownership has changed, but very rushed and not the barbers that have been there for years.

Cara Homem I recently had a keratin treatment at KDelme and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Helen talked me through the process, addressed each of my questions and gave me the price without any guessing games that are typical at many salons. I never felt rushed and found the whole experience very relaxing. I find visiting new salons quite intimidating but was completely at ease at KDelme. Shalice Tiata I had a full head of foils done here and realised after leaving I was disappointed with the colour near my roots. I rang them back up and they were so so kind and accomodating. I came back and they fixed it up for me straight away. They were very sweet and did a great job, they made sure I left happy with the colour, which I definitely am! Just wanted to leave a review as it ended up being a wonderful experience and I think anyone would too going to this salon!! :)

tessatemu temu DO NOT think about coming to this location for a navel/belly button piercing, because tell me why after maintaining regular cleaning for a month and being ensured that i had the correct anatomy, i find a marble sized blood balloon swelling underneath my piercing? this is disgusting. save yourself some sanity and go to the liverpool or burwood location instead.

Nina Fatseas I came into hairhouse warehouse to get a piercing yesterday and didnt have a pleasant experience with the piercer at all. When i went into get my piercing the lady was not speaking nicely at all and was acting as if it was a burden to be doing my piercing. When getting a piercing you want a positive environment but I felt very uncomfortable will not be coming back to this place again

Elizabeth Fonseca I went during a time where there was a promotion for free piercings. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the piercer, despite the rest of the staff being very kind. I go regularly to the Burwood one and the staff are amazing!! The lady sounded disinterested and spoke harshly when I inquired about the pain level. This left me feeling bad about myself and honestly as though it was a burden upon her to be there.

Laura Cook I had an absolutely horrific experience today. I explicitly communicated that I only wanted less than an inch cut, and walked out with four inches gone. When I brought it up, the stylist offered zero apology and just said, “This is what you asked for.” Completely unprofessional and careless. I’ve never written a negative review before, but this was beyond unacceptable. The photo says it all—do not risk your hair here.

Dianna A I had an incredible experience with Nat! It was my first visit to this salon, and I typically don’t go to the hairdresser for a wash and blow dry. However, due to recent surgery, I couldn’t wash my own hair. Nat made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the process, and it was such a pleasure chatting with her. I have long hair with extensions, and she made sure I left the salon feeling refreshed. The wash and blow dry was only $45, which was very affordable!

Summer Ive been visiting Vanessa at Its All About Hair for nearly 3 years now and Im always feeling so happy with my hair when I walk out. Shes absolutely lovely and I would recommend her highly.

Sophie Gray Heard about this salon via social media and had high hopes as everyone was saying the service was lovely. Unfortunately did not have a great experience. I was greeted with frown by the lady who ended up doing my hair, she was so extremely rough with my hair when brushing. I am aware that my hair gets knotty when wet and can be tough to brush out but this lady was awfully rough, aggressive and careless. I saw chunks and knots coming out of my head when she was brushing it. My hair cut was rushed and she did not offer to blow dry my hair in waves or curls. 45 minutes later I am now left with my head throbbing in places due to the roughness of the service. I advice that the staff be trained on how to respectfully greet their customers with a smile as when I booked this appointment a week prior, I was greeted with a straight face and a very unwelcoming nature by the workers. Overall extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Michelle Panov Disappointing and Inappropriate Haircut Experience I visited your salon today with clear expectations, having brought inspirational photos as well as a reference photo of how my hair was previously styled. What I received instead was a cut that can only be described as a 1990s schoolboy mushroom cut—completely outdated, unflattering, and nothing like what I asked for. What makes this more upsetting is that I had communicated to the stylist that I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and that I wasn’t ready for a full buzz cut. Despite this, it seems the stylist either didnt understand or disregarded my concerns. I suspect a language barrier may have contributed to the miscommunication, but regardless, the result is devastating. The haircut I received was not only inappropriate given my current circumstances, but it also left me feeling more self-conscious and upset than I have in weeks. I could have saved the $59 and had my partner use clippers at home for a better result. The suggestion that my hair could be “fixed” with colour or products was dismissive and, frankly, insulting. No styling product can correct a poor cut. For a salon that markets itself as a specialist in “just cuts,” this experience raises serious questions about the training and standards of your staff. I am extremely disappointed and am requesting either a refund or some form of accountability. I hope you take this feedback seriously—not just for me, but for others who might walk through your doors during vulnerable moments.

Christine Panov Inexperienced and incompetent. Don’t go in there with photos as you will walk out with a 10 year old boys haircut! If you want quality it’s definitely not here! They only know do simple haircuts and not style haircuts! They cut all my sisters hair off and now she looks like she has a 10 year old boys haircut and not a styled cut as requested and shown in inspirational pictures provided. The hairdresser just kept cutting more and more off. Be very careful!! Go back to TAFE and relearn how to cut hair. Considering you are called “just cuts” infers that you would know how to “cut hair” as that is all you do and specialise in! Putrid!! Shameful!! 0/5 stars!

Their compassion made all the difference, reminding me that kindness is just as important as skill in this profession. I left not only with a great haircut but also with deep appreciation for the thoughtful care they provide.

Claudia Parker I’ve been going to HairtoHair since it opened. I’ve never expected a lot in terms of customer service and on the majority of occasions I’ve been kept waiting in my chair or at the basin! But, I’ve come to expect that and accept it because the prices are generally reasonable and I reasoned that, that’s what you get if you want cheap! Now, in terms of pricing, yes, they are reasonable BUT the pricing is not consistent and I found I was getting charged a different amount every time for the same service. More fool me… I kept going back!!! That is, until my last visit, I had my usual regrowth and blow dry and decided that I also needed a hair trim. As usual, I was kept waiting while more people were told to come and take a seat! The clincher for me this time was the price, $159 for regrowth, blow dry and cut!!! Dont get me wrong, I know this is not that much, but, it is compared to their advertised prices and for the level of service you get. Needless to say I’m NEVER going back. When I questioned the price I was told that was correct $45 - regrowth, $50 - blow dry and $60 - cut. I advised that I had never been charged that much before and that they need some consistency in pricing, that I was disappointed and that I wouldn’t be back. The response I got had little or no care factor AND when I told Kate I wasn’t happy and I would leave a review, she told me I was “slack”. Well this is the sort of comment that just exemplify the attitude!

Nat Eli is the most amazing hair dresser there is!! I don’t even want to share how great he is because it’s hard enough to get an appointment dedicated to just me! Lol! But he’s 10/10 in colour and blow dry. My hair has never been better with his care! Kate is just as beautiful! Best hair dressers around!

Marona Tanner I just contacted the salon and asked how much it would cost to take off my existing hair extensions and retape them and he said we dont do hair extensions and i was about to ask something else and he hung up!!! Quiet rude atleast say bye! And i heard it hanging up not like it was cut off or anything

a m Don’t come here if you have curly hair. Unless the intention is for them to cut all your curls off and leave you with an uneven haircut. The barber claimed he had curly hair too then proceeded to cut every curl he saw, off. Not to mention the length was horrid and not at all what was asked for even though a reference photo was shown. Don’t cut curls if you don’t know how :) very very average barber at best.

Liam Speechley I asked for a low taper on the sides and the back only down to a 1, but ended up with a high taper on the sides down to skin. All that was done at the back was shaving a line in and just completely removing any hair below the line, and not touching anything above. He also left half my hair completely untouched. Overall horrible service and did not do anything that I asked for. Charged me 35 bucks just for me to go home redo it myself. Although they did seem pretty good with very young kids, I would NOT recommend coming here if you are over the age of 6.
