Rachel cuts my curly, thick hair into a shape that compliments my face before styling it absolutely beautifully. The salon is wonderfully clean and she is really friendly and engaging. I look forward to getting a colour done during my next visit!

Nels Osifo Trey is the best barber I’ve ever been to! He has a life long client so long as I live in Sydney. Trey dedicates an hr to all his clients which is very important because it ensures that he is able to take his time with you and make sure you get the best cut possible - there’s no rush in the process just meticulous care. The thing I also like about Trey is that he’s very warm and willing to have a conversation with you. Every time I go there we always have great in-depth conversations - it turns out that we have a lot of things in common! I always leave his chair looking and feeling amazing! No other barber in Sydney can compare to the experience Trey is going to give you!

Mo sat me down at 8:30pm and analysed my hair and gave me advice and guidance on what would best suit me. I have been trying to find styles that suit me for years and was yet to find a stylist to do it. 10 minutes was spent talking about what I wanted, the other 40 was an absolute masterclass. Fantastic attention to detail, cracking bloke and amazing service. I could not recommend Mo enough for this trim. Some people just get it, MO GETS IT. ❤️

I was blown away by Annelieses customer service. She was friendly, attentive, supportive understanding and compassionate. I felt heard, validated and reassured and mostly comfortable and confident. She listened carefully to my issue, provided a safe space for me to try on wigs until I found the one!. She was proactive and checked in on stock delivery and provided timely updates. I felt the service was above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. Even after I changed my mind about the original wig I ordered and changed my mind and purchased another wig, Anneliese was patient and accommodating, and resolved my request. I am pleased to have encountered such professionalism and cannot recommend BHB service for their outstanding service and authentic wigs. I am eager to pick up my Wig today!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Jo Beckett Sarah and the team at The Beautiful Hair Boutique were amazing! So professional, patient and knowledgeable. This was my first journey with alternative hair. I bought a topper to add volume to the top and crown of very life long fine hair, which was starting to thin further as I aged. The pictures were taken literally 2 mins after I opened the box and popped this beautiful European hair topper on my head. Its that simple! The best quality and fabulous service.

Suzanne Gross I absolutely love seeing Neda on a regular basis. Along with Chloe and Katie, she provides a welcoming, cosy salon with an all encompassing approach that includes warm welcomes, wonderful blonde highlights and styling, showing me how to manage my fine hair (which has become healthy and glossy under her care) and offering soothing teas, coffees or bubbles and wines throughout. Such a self pampering experience! I cant recommend the salon enough.

justine langdon Im almost scared to post this because I feel like Ive stumbled across a wonderful secret that I dont want everyone to know about! This salon is amazing, my expert stylist had excellent advice and achieving a really good blonde colour is not easy, especially at a reasonable price. The small luxuries of hot towels, divine head massage and complimentary beverages are a wonderful surprise. I cannot recommend Neda Hair Studio highly enough.

Emily I hadn’t seen a hairdresser in 12 years after constantly dyeing, bleaching and cutting my own hair. My sister convinced me to book at Neda Hair Studio as I had gotten to the point of being so embarrassed to see anyone about my hair considering everything I had put it through over a long time and had my wedding coming up so needed to get it sorted asap. From the get go Neda was so caring and knew exactly what I needed and it’s been just over a year of going to her studio and thanks to Neda, Chloe and Katie they have done nothing but provide the best service you could ask for and more. I couldn’t recommend them enough, I travel down from the central coast just to see them as I refuse to let anyone else do my hair. My hair has doubled in length since my first visit, it’s so much more stronger, thicker and manageable and they’ve taught me how to look after my hair at home in between visits.

Shannen Randell Had a booking for the Eras Tour Sydney N3, and booked it almost two weeks ago with no problem for a Sunday afternoon. I was allowed and shown through the booking process to select a Sunday with a stylist for an updo because I do not have the ability to do it correctly for how I want it. I was emailed today that they couldn’t fulfill the booking yet I was taken through the booking system at the time with no greyed out days and plenty of time slots available for the Sunday. This is very poor service as I now have little to no time to book and I cannot believe you would wait almost two weeks to contact me. Customer service needs to improve as this is a major inconvenience for me now as I could’ve made arrangements if they messaged me straight away. I’m also not from Australia and I don’t recommend or will go to this salon in the future. Do better and please don’t do this to any future clients. Also update your system so clients should not be able to check out days that are unavailable.

I went for a hair cut yesterday and asked for just the neck hairline section to be shaved and showed them a picture. The woman shaved my entire scalp. No apology ! Extremely unhappy. Anne Wall Rose is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. I try to come once a week for the most thorough wash, stimulating head massage and professional blow wave. When it’s time for a cut, Rose is a skilled cutter. If that’s not enough, she’s kind and sweet and always fits me in at short notice. I won’t ever change salons while Rose is in business!

Jennifer Stockdale From the beginning, House of Lox made it easy to find a booking online, and although they take a deposit upon booking and do not offer refunds the prices are reasonable. Lisa, my stylist was amazing. She took the time to listen to what I really wanted and ensured I was part of the entire process, which is is such a rarity with stylists. My experience with her was honestly a breath of fresh air. Lisa is talented, easy to talk to and remained composed and friendly when I called and was frustrated unable to find the location of the salon in the beginning. The space itself is bright and very clean, featuring natural products. I left happy and with a gorgeous haircut. I will certainly be back again!
