Kylie Willard Fungal Infection acquired at this salon. I had my nails done at this salon recently - my first experience with them. Even with an appointment booked I still waited 30mins in the pedicure chair for anyone to come over and start helping me. My Manicure and Pedicure looked nice but soon after having them done I noticed dry, peeling and cracking skin on the side of my finger nails that no amount of moisturising would help. I visited a pharmacy and was advised I had picked up a fungal infection most likely from having my nails done. This has been a very painful experience.

Cathy Vaughan Such a lovely vibe and service the whole time I was there. From the second I walked in the door there was lovely music and comfy chairs to wait on - not that I was waiting long. My lovely person who was giving me my facial listened to my concerns and offered options to help address those needs. She answered any questions being happy to talk but also let me sit and soak in (literally and figuratively) the relaxation and treatment. So excited to go back to the tranquil escape at Urban Spa Beecroft!
